Went in last night 5.24, at 7:15 to order dinner for my family. I was told that they were out of sour cream, chips, hard shell tacos, and beef. So basically out of 1/4 of the menu. Also low on soft shells. They posted a list on the door of all of things that they were out of. This is ridiculous. Someone does not know how to order or portion for the day. Maybe they were not out of these items but just did not feel like getting them out. Just a poor representation of a great brand.

I read the other reviews to make sure I wasn’t the only one who experienced this and yep not the only one. The portions sizes are ridiculous. I honestly thought they were messing with me when they but that sad scoop of chicken into my bowl. No way I’m paying that much for such little potions. Chipotle management needs to check up on their locations to make sure Americans aren’t paying money for literally nothing.

This is actually the worst chipotle in the Philadelphia region. We just ordered 7 meals. All of them were completely wrong. Wrong proteins, wrong items some added so missing. Yet the labels on all the lids were correct. I called and the manager told me he was too busy to help me. I said so what, I should just file a chargeback with my card? And he said “yes”. Because he can’t help me.

This Chipotle location is bar far the worst chipotle , consistently. It seems as if their are no managers working there or the managers don’t care. Half the time they will be out of more than half the ingredients and I have to wait or they just don’t make more.

I eat a lot of Chipotle from multiple locations and this one definitely comes up short on portions. Extras free for most options so just get it. It’s pretty much a normal portion.

The other reviews are not lying. The portion size is ridiculous. I’m done with this Chipotle. I guess they give them a limited food supply or they are taking food home with them and leave the customer with what’s left. Unbelievable!!!

Disappointed in the past few experiences. As a vegetarian, this is my go to place for food in between teaching school and teaching lessons after school. The beans have repeatedly had large chunks of meat spilled into them (I haven’t eaten meat in 6 years and can’t imagine how my body will react if I didn’t realize it was meat). The guacamole has also repeatedly come with large chunks of skin mixed in. Last time, at this location, they line told me they ran out of guacamole (3pm on a Wednesday) – so I said I would wait. The two young men then turned and started gossiping about me (right in front of me) and the manager had to break them up and tell them to get my guac! As a high school teacher – I see gossiping all day – about other teenagers – this behavior was not professional. I’ve been coming to chipotle on a weekly basis for over 10 years now. This is the only venue I have problems with on a repeated basis. It’s crazy. Hopefully this location can train their employees to be more professional and get the job done.
