The worst. Where’s the guac, where’s the corn and tomatoes? We didn’t even ask for cheese. I am tired of giving them opportunity after opportunity so that they can mess up the order EVERY single time. Chipotle, if you don’t have the items that we requested, then don’t do the order or at least notify the customer or, even better, give a discounted price! If we’re paying for something, then it should be exactly what we ordered, not what you feel like serving or have at the moment…

I don’t get to Chipotle often. It is a different experience for me. Not sure what to order. The menu is simple but not very clear. The food tastes good. You can see into the kitchen which looks fairly clean. The seating area needed to have the tables cleaned. At 3:00 pm there was only one table occupied but all of the remaining tables needed cleaning. Most had remnants of the previous diner still scattered on the table top.

Second visit and the second time we had the worst experience. This place is severely understaffed to handle the customers- online and in-person! We placed an order after shopping at wegmans. The order was supposed to be ready at 520. I got fed up by 620 and left. The restaurant is filthy and orders are nonexistent. I wanted a refund and apparently the store can’t refund on an online orders. This store was designed for o line ordering with the Chopotlane, but it’s clearly a failure. The one employees I was able to talk to kept offering me drinks and apologizing but I never got an order. I tried the online chat but it’s a chat bot so I ended up with free chips and queso next time. All I wa red was a refund on food I did t get. Avoid this place unless you like long waits and food made in an unclean store.

Good food and value as appreciated at all Chipotle locations. The dining area was unfortunately significantly lacking in cleanliness with most tables and the floor showing quite a bit of debris and most garbage receptacles overflowing. I expect much better from Chipotle.

There is no management supervision, guidance, or training in this store! The store is fully staffed but only one employee is working. The other 5-6 are standing around. The garbage cans are overflowing, table are dirty, utensil bins are empty. If it wasn’t for the food I would set foot in another Chipotle. Corporate really needs to take a look at what is going on at this location. Very disappointing considering they otherwise provide a great meal.

Our 1st and last order here- never again!! Order incorrect / items missing. 1) Chicken burrito was a wrap full of chicken, dry chicken. 2) Quesadilla with cheese, no Fixin’s were provided salsa sour cream guacamole. 3) grilled chicken bowl with extra chicken covered in hot sauce, hot sauce not requested. 4) Protein bowl, MISSING not received. 5) Chips and guac, this is the only reason you got one star they were ordered received and delicious.

Many of employees standing around on phones doing nothing. One employee doing all the serving while others just watch and scroll on phones. Plenty of things to wipe and clean and pick up suck as debris on the floor. I can’t blame chipotle as a whole for this one store but the manger here really should take charge and get this store in better running shape.

Normally we wouldn’t go this late but however we all got off of work and had a severe craving for your food. Went there at 9:40 when it clearly says u close at 10. Lies!!!! The guy told me no more food but how could that be ?!!!? They could’ve made more but no they decided to not want to. Even though the person ahead of ordered and received food, AND after I left the chipotle they locked the doors. Early !!! This is crazy ans should not be happening. Never gonna go there again – staff was rude and giving us bad looks but all we wanted was some chipotle.disgraceful.
