I had the SOGGIEST burrito ever in my life. They loaded a whole scoop of sour cream on my burrito, didn’t drain the pork (carnitas), put a whole scoop of medium salsa on it, and the Queso (which was the consistency of clam chowder and also tasted like it. I highly recommend to NOT go here unless you want an unpleasant night on the toilet. Also the chips were 2 dollars. Had I known they were going to be like that I would’ve went behind a dumpster and ate soggy cardboard. I bet it tastes the same and it’s free.

Haven’t had a great experience here, we have been three times because we normally love Chipotle. Tonight the guacamole had no salt and was bland. The meat was hardly shredded at all and we had huge chunks of meat that we had to cut up for our bowls. Weird set up inside the restaurant too, not organized well. my bf & I were in the Williamsport store today and was treated very poorly. The employee name was SYDNEY & our order number was 211. she got smart with my bf , got loud with him , and even threw his food across the counter. The didnt greet us when we came in & also was shaking her head while making the food for us, if this is how your customer service is for this restaurant i will never come back again. I am not happy and would like contacted back about this situation IMMEDIATELY.

Avoid. Completely mismanaged. It’s bad enough to run out of things (chips, 3 flavors of lemonade, fruit for kids meals). But that would be merely disappointing, if they were upfront about it.

I was excited about having something decent and fast in this town but this is honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Meat is always dry and rice is hard. Its 12pm on a Saturday and it’s completely vacant, clearly there needs to be some revamping. Just go to Qdoba until something here changes.

Unbelievably slow service, burritos were all rice and poorly wrapped and fell apart. They need more people working the line or ones that can work at a decent pace and make more than one burrito/bowl at a time. Second time giving this place a chance, will go to Qdoba instead.

Just ordered a burrito bowl online. I was told that it would be ready at 4:20pm. I waited until 4:30pm, since last time I ordered online it wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. Anyway, got in at 4:32pm and it still wasn’t prepared. 12 minutes late is a pretty long time. Had I ordered this on my lunch break or something I wouldn’t have had the time to eat it by the time it was ready. I’m currently still standing here waiting for my order to be made at 4:37pm. Again, this is the second time this has happened to me. It’s pretty disappointing. Now I’m crunched for time yet again. I wouldn’t recommend ordering ahead. You’re better off to just wait in line for ten minutes. Also, finally got my order at 4:45pm, twenty five minutes late.

Went last week near closing and had an awesome experience. Staff were listening to music and were awesome. Today the lady was rude af. Didn’t have the “new” garlic steak and fajita veggies. I thought she meant they were currently out and would be more. She rudely told me no they don’t have them anymore. Spent $72 on lunch. And had better service at dollar general
