Honestly, I’m not sure what’s up with this location but this location is consistently a let down and with other options, my weekly Chipotle will turn into a yearly Chipotle at the most. Other locations such as Concord Rd. are awesome. I pay $22 for chips/guac and a double steak bowl and all I get is steak that is pretty much beef jerky consistency that taste like it was made yesterday. I can get better steak quality from taco bell. Two weeks ago, an employee accidentally put lettuce in a bowl, no big deal, mistakes happen. She gave a rude look when I reiterated that I didn’t ask for lettuce and continued with that look when I asked her to remove it. Last week, online only ordering when I counted 5 employees, took me 15 minutes to get my order. Honestly just give up that space to a business that cares, I’ve spent too much money here to be consistently let down.

Was disappointed with my chipotle visit today, at no fault of the employees. I ordered a meal online and had it scheduled for pickup, when I got there I could not find my order on the shelf. Apparently, my order was already completed and someone else had taken it off the shelf… this was not only inconvenient for me but also a loss for Chipotle. I think all Chipotle stores should keep the online orders somewhere safe in the back and require verification on pickup. That would completely eliminate this issue from occurring again in the future.

The Chipolte on Springwood road service sucks. I placed my order online a half hour early so it would be ready at my set time I was planning on coming. The place was empty and I sat and waited for 20 minutes for my food. After I got my food the lady proceeds to say we have no chips left. Seriously at 6pm and you have no chips? So she gives me a free drink and there is no ice in the machine! The Springwood road location is right down from my house and I never go there for reasons like this. I thought I would give it a try again tonight because it was convenient. Nope! I’ll go out of my way and go to the one on Concord rd. They do a way better job then Springwood rd location has ever done!

This location is usually out of at least one menu item when we visit. Rice is crunchy, protein portions are skimpy, and most of the employees have bad attitudes. No paying customers wants to feel like they are inconveniencing employees with their orders. Probably will not be returning to this location.

I wish the employees would keep the floor cleaned and keep the food serving area tidy as well. They are dropping food in compartments with other foods and just leaving it there. Also they walk on food that fell on the floor, slipping and sliding across it, no one sweeps until closing I guess. I live in there area, if it gets better I will update my review.

Ordered (2) meals and was charged twice. I went back to the store the next day and asked for a refund. I spoke with Lyanni and he said he would refund me one of the meal but no customer compensation because I didn’t have a receipt. I drove 30 mins and sat in traffic for about 30 mins and wasted gas just so they could refund me the money they mistakenly charged me and they would not even offer a drink in return. Really bad customer service.

The most disappointing chipotle experience I’ve had. Ordered a quesadilla through the app to be delivered and got a bowl with a lot of rice, steak, and sour cream in it. My wife ordered a salad and there wasn’t a shred of salad in the bowl
