This Chipotle always delivers compared to some around the York area. I have never had an issue with this Chipotle when it comes to them being out of a certain kind of meat or topping. Very clean, and nice and friendly workers. There was a big line when I walked in and the service was super fast.

Chipotle has gotten expensive for the amount of food they no longer give you. Food was good, rice a little crunchy but hot and fresh. Brown rice is really good here. Overall a good place.

This is the third time this has happened in the past three months. We decided on chipotle for dinner last night. Walk in at 9:18 exactly (closes at 10pm) I walk up there is one scoop of white rice zero brown rice. I see an employee making his food yes I did confirm it was his. With chicken onions and peppers stacked up. No big deal employees should get meals. However I asked for new rice and chicken the young boy behind the counter proceeded to laugh and me and say “this is what he got” and shows three maybe four pieces of chicken. I said well don’t you guys close at 10. “Yup” then laughs again as the employee who just took the last of the chicken proceeds to look up at me giggling. The young boy taking my order just stood there with a grin on his face staring at me like I’m supposed to have an answer. I said “well I guess I’ll go somewhere else” his response? “Good”. Mean while all the chairs in the restaurant were up on table but all the food was empty almost 45 minutes before you close. I’m not sure in what world this is acceptable to run a business like this or treat guests like this. It is embarrassing and the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. What a joke.

This location always seems incredibly slow and most of the time can’t seem to get all the food in the bags, resulting in missing items. Not to mention that whatever is missing is usually spilled all over the outside of the bag, which you won’t notice until you go to put it in your car. They always seem severely understaffed, or maybe they just ignore delivery drivers, who knows?

This is the best chipotle ever. I honestly could eat Chipotle every day and every time I order from this location it smacks. If I go in store or I order through the app, my food is made right every single time. With some locations, I feel like if you order through the app they skimp on food and this location makes it just like they would if they made it in front of you. I am also obsessed with the vinaigrette and this location is the only place I’ve ever been that has it every time I’m there. The ingredients always taste fresh, the staff is always so friendly and I honestly dread getting chipotle from any other location because I know it won’t be as good. This location is top tier!

Poor management. It’s not one of the worst Chipotles I’ve been to by far but the common problem this location (and many other Chipotles locations) I see is running out of the food well choices a customer has to select from. Stop screwing over your customers without the basic options your company is supposed to offer. Good management makes sure this does not happen at your locations. I see it way too much across all your locations.

It was just awful. I ordered a bowl with half steak and half chicken. They were all out of chicken so I said that just steak was okay. When I go home, I open my meal and sitting in there were BEANS. I am ALLERGIC to beans AND NOWHERE in my ONLINE order did I say beans. Also after I picked the beans out, as I was on my last bite, a nice strand of short blonde hair came off of my fork into my mouth. I am repulsed, disgusted, and DEEPLY disappointed. As someone suffering with a ingested allergy I could have lost my life today because of some careless employee. If I hadn’t checked first, it would have been bad! This is what happens when you let democrats run a country.

Most of the time the food is so good but sometimes the rice isn’t cooked all the way and the chicken isn’t kept hot enough otherwise I would rate it as perfect!
