Ordered my food on the app… very very disappointed. It’s not the first time that this happened. Today I ordered 2 burritos and quesadilla. Both of burritos were missing veggies, cheese and meat. As of quesadilla… I’m not a specialist with Mexican food but let me just add the picture of the “QUESADILLA” I received there… No words!!!

Stopped accepting orders from doordash because of the continuously lazy employees, waited 25 min for them to tell me that they were “out of chicken and avacado because it was late” (it was 8pm…) Have had to call my poor customers so many times because management can’t ensure they have Items in stock. Also they’ll wait FOREVER to make doordash orders even with no dine in customers. Bathrooms – forget about it. Dining room – more like a land fill. Seriously, the one on 19 just a mile away is much better than this clusterbuck.

If I could give a half star I would do it. Dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been in. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. Actually had to wipe off the table I sat at. The workers had a table with drinks and personal items all over it in the customer dining area. Apparently that was their break room. The food was so so. The only option of protein was chicken. Everything else was empty!! Will never go back !! Whoever runs this Chipotle needs to make a surprise visit and fire everyone who works there!!

This chipotle used to be really good and was the better of the two in cranberry. Fit the last year it fell apart. They’re always out of something now, usually multiple things. If you order pickup there’s barely any food in the bowl. We walked out after waiting in line for 20 minutes with only 3 customers in front of us. It looks like there are only 3 employees. One frantically rubbing around trying to take care of takeout, one standing at the register doing nothing, and the one starting the line working at a snail’s pace.

Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Out of chips at 4:00 and all of the food was cold (not even lukewarm). Also I think someone dumped oregano on one of the items in my burrito, because that’s all I could taste. Didn’t seem to care that they were out of chips and said they were “done frying for the day” (6 hours before closing). All of the tables were covered in food and no one seemed to be doing anything about it. Workers were rude and no one really seemed to be in charge. Wish google had an option to give 0 stars.

I hate having to post a bad review but after giving this location multiple chances to redeem themselves, it’s only gotten worse. Today stopped around dinner time to be told they were out of several ingredients, almost all the meats and even cheese! You are a restaurant with only so many options to order so being out of half of those options is baffling. Prices have gone up while the service has gone down hill. Besides being out of ingredients they barely fill your bowl. It’s a constant ask to please add more. If I’m paying for a protein I expect there to be more meat than 2 or 3 bites. The place is a mess no one ever cleans, I am not even sure how the health dept hasn’t shut this location down yet. My family refuses to eat in their dining room as it’s always covered in food and trash. We won’t even discuss the bathrooms. Don’t even consider ordering online for pick up or that too will be a mess. Forgetting items on top of giving the smallest portion sizes I’ve ever seen along with stale tasting chips. Overall disappointed that the manager of this location doesn’t seem to care, it shows based on all of the horrible reviews and nothing is changing. Do yourself a favor and pick another location or support another business. My family will not be back.

Got my to go. Got home the burrito fell apart. Tasted good, but messy. The place looked like a tornado hit. Trash was full, all the hot sauces were empty, plastic ware empty, 2 of the three napkin dispensers were empty.

Placed an order on the app for two bowls. Upon opening them, they were both missing things that were clearly identified. Based on other reviews, it appears that this is a regular occurrence. You’d think that being able to read would be a prerequisite for working here but they seem to be content with warm bodies. Save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere.

Wasn’t too thrilled with the steak for my burrito. I think it was overcooked. Also, the counter area for food prep was nasty. They can definitely do better. Getting 1 steak burrito, 1 large drink, and a small chips & guac came to $20.00. These prices are outrageous. It’s not even worth it. Will be limiting my Chipotle visits.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star it deserves zero. The customer service there is unreal, they don’t know the meaning of treating customers. The workers don’t know how to work or serve food. They are not prepared with their food. Overall the service is bad and the food. The atmosphere that they work in is dirty. Me personally I’ve worked for a chipotle before and I know what they expect from workers but this place is the worst chipotle I’ve been to. The bathrooms were so dirty. The manager needs to straighten the workers up. Would never come back to these place.
