Hey guys! I used to work at this location as the cashier. Pretty much when I worked there, it was like a ghost town with no new people to help out. It was just me and a few others that stuck there when it opened. Many were fired by our first GM. Then we switched to another and there were less people around to help with such a busy crowd. Then we get another GM, I mean he tries, I quit a little bit later though, I liked it there people of the atmosphere, but when you try getting the line people, they just ignore customers. So I pretty much did it. There were regulars there that I remember and to my knowledge, I was a good part of the team. But now anyone just works there.

Sub-par food quality, slow service, dirty tables and serving area. When we arrived, there was no one in line, only someone buying beverages at the cashier, however it took several minutes before our order was taken. There were empty food items along the assembly line and no one seemed to be working to refill them. At the cashier stand, the countertop was very soiled with sour cream and other food spills. At the seating area, the tables looked like they had not been wiped all weekend with visible food on them. And lastly, the chicken in my bowl was basically inedible due to the incredibly high salt flavor. Sadly, I will not be back. Go to Soluna instead for high quality food and a lovely experience!

Of all the Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to, this one is by far the most disappointing. Ordering to-go is a colossal mess –I can’t remember a time when my order was ever correct. The meat is always overcooked (today I got actual burnt chicken bits) and the staff acts like they’d rather be anywhere else than working. The only thing that’s consistent is that you will have a bad experience.

Zero personality with staff! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and I felt like I had to great the staff before placing my order, everyone was on mute and was like placing an order to a screen at Taco Bell. I’ve ordered from this location twice for delivery. Both times I ordered extra fajita veggies, and both times there were none at all. However, it was printed on the label on my container. This time I ordered green salsa, it was also missing. I’m only giving them 1 star because there’s no option for half a star.

Disappointed many times. I’ve ordered a salad on the app for pick up and through delivery. Several times the salad I’ve ordered did not have a lettuce base, not even added as a topping. This time, my food was cold, missing lettuce, and the fajita veggies were essentially raw. Silverware is never included, however I appreciate an attempt for less unnecessary waste.

It is by far the worst chipotle I have ever experienced. Half the options were empty with no one bothering to make more. The entire staff was beyond miserable and it took them over 10 minutes to serve 1-2 people.
