Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a chipotle. The girls were nasty the second we entered and practically yelled at us as we were waiting. And to top it off they BARELY filled the bowl at all. If they’re gonna be rude they might as well make up for it by giving us what we’re paying for.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Chipotle, and if I could, I would give them zero stars. The staff’s behavior was beyond unacceptable. The portion sizes they serve are shockingly small, as if they believe we’re trying to steal money from their pockets. I couldn’t believe the meager amount of food they put in my bowl, and when I politely asked for a bit more, I received nothing but attitude and disdain from the staff.

The steak bowl was spicy more spicy than any bowl I have had from chipotle . They had ran out of items and were completely unprepared and didn’t restock any of the items. The staff seem unenthusiastic that I was there. Portions were smaller than any bowl I’ve had at chipotle. I would recommend not giving this restaurant any thought

I would give this 0 stars if I could. They short your portions so bad on mobile orders and ALWAYS half of my stuff is missing from the bowl. Keep giving them another chance but they continually eff it up every single time. I’d have better customer service from a raccoon in the alley next to this chipotle.

Ordered two bowls for delivery and instead of canceling the order when they didn’t have most of the ingredients to make our order, this store decided to send us two bowls with just rice and carnitas. No salsa, sour cream, cheese, corn, or anything else that we ordered in either bowl. After telling chipotle customer service about this experience, the they refused to issue a refund. I don’t think I’ll ever spend money at chipotle again.

It was a cloudy Sunday afternoon, full of possibilities. I yearned for a burrito stuffed to the brim. Little did I know, chipotle would shatter my hopes and dreams of my entire week. I walked in, ecstatic, thinking to myself, what a fantastic meal this will be. “Chicken and rice please” I said, as homie scooped the rice onto my tortilla. I observed his arm during the scooping process, and there was not enough force exerted from his arm to transport a satisfactory amount of rice. Perplexed as he moved on so quickly to the protein section, I sat in disbelief, looked him straight in his beautiful blue eyes, yet showed no remorse. I might even say he was grinning. Before I could even finish my thought, he had already began rationing the chicken as if we were in a chicken drought. Last time I checked on google, the chicken industry is booming. Nevertheless, I paid my dues as any gentleman would, and walked out holding back tears. And the worst part hadn’t even begun. I unwrapped my burrito, a metaphor for new beginnings, and found a blasphemous amount of sour cream that the worker had somehow snuck in. I went so far as to use my fingers to scrape off the excessive amount of sour cream, something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. 9/10 would try again, made me open new think paths in my brain and look at the world through a new lens. Thank you Pittsburgh chipotle.

it’s terrible they give half a portion and pass it off as a full portion. I have not seen this before. they are very stingy people. I strongly recommend not to visit this particular address Chipotle , and let them be closed in general (hope). i saw different portions but i was left hungry and angry even though my portion was 17$ thank you “good people”

This location is the biggest offender of online order shrinkage I’ve ever seen. When you go in and have them make your bowl you get a full serving, if you order online it will be about half as much. (even if you order 2x meat/extra rice) Here’s a tip, go in to order if you can, otherwise avoid this location.

I work in Oakland and get lunch here far more frequently than I care to admit. I’ll usually order ahead for pick-up (app or website – either work pretty well), but order in person if it’s not right around lunch time. They occasionally have issues with being out of certain items, especially chips, and the fajita veggies. They’re located on the edge of two big college campuses, so I get it. Usually receive good service too. I’ll keep coming back for more!
