I feel awful for these employees! Everytime I go to this location for pickup they are so understaffed, even during peak times. I don’t know how four people are expected to run an entire store with a drive thru. Working at Chipotle in college there were at least seven people on any shift. The food has to all be cooked from prepped raw ingredients like a restaurant. I can tell that these employees are doing the best they can and I wish them the best. Hopefully they get the staffing and raises they deserve! Chipotle needs to do better for all of their employees!

If I could give negative stars, I would! At 6 pm, they have no brown rice, no chicken pastor or regular chicken, no fajita, no corn, no mild salsa! They are out of everything as everyone stands around and pretends to be busy! I finally get a bowl with what they have left, the protein is hard and not fresh. I ordered a bottled water and they pull it out a case from on the floor! There are no napkins and the dining room is filthy!!! Everyone dumping ice our as they realize they are out of every fountain drink as well. Whoever supervises this store should be ashamed of themselves!

I would give the food a negative rating if I could. Our order was wrong(multiple items on multiple orders). The food was ice cold. The guacamole was not green, but completely black. The chicken had globs of fat in every bite. And the chips! So disappointing! Stale and greasy at the same time, with lots of salt on a few chips and none on the rest.

This place is disgusting and the employees are clueless. Tables were covered in food debris, no napkins, no cups, steak was gamey. Looked like a bomb went off and everyone was on their phones. I hope I don’t get sick..

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. They are constantly out of key options and on multiple occasions, I’ve driven there on my lunch break (during posted business hours) to find a sign up on the door that says they are only accepting mobile orders. Today I tried the mobile order option. Big mistake. My girlfriend (who was home sick) put the order in for me to pick up on the way back. The order was ready pretty quickly which should have raised red flags. When I got home, I looked in the bag and saw 3/4 items we ordered and of course, the item left out was my girlfriend’s quesadilla. So I drove 15 minutes back out to get it. They were apologetic and gave me what I thought was enough. When my girlfriend opened the box, she was disappointed to see they did not include the side of rice and beans which were supposed to come with the quesadilla. It doesn’t end there. I opened up my bowl and it was completely the wrong bowl. It didn’t even contain a protein so maybe it was somebody else’s order altogether? I’m not sure. But at that point I was 1.5 hrs into my 30 min lunch break and didn’t even get to eat anything. I stopped for a refund and they couldn’t do it in store. What a waste of time and gas. This will probably be the last time I visit this location. Convenience no longer outweighs the cost of their incompetence.

Possibly the worst Chipotle in America. They fail to fulfill orders, they fail to operate their pick-up window. Routinely understaffed. Waited at pickup window for 15 min. before having to go in and pick up meal that had apparently been completed. However, got home and found they only gave me chips and silverware, no entrees. Have had similar issues with entress missing items, etc and extremely slow.

Food was good. Took a long time to get it from the drive thru for mobile pickup. They were obviously understaffed and overwhelmed and it seems like they need to really work on that because it’s affecting all around performance and quality.
