This location has consistent issues with food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. It is the only location within 45 minutes of Batavia, so I want it to be good, but unfortunately it is not. Our last experience(May 06, 2023) resulted in 3 meals being thrown in the trash due to quality issues. The restaurant was also filthy and the staff appeared to take deliberate efforts to decrease the amount of work they had to do, all at the expense of their customers. They did not have any of the farm fresh beverages avaliable and the dinning area was filthy. The rice was so undercooked it was crunchy, and the chips were saturated in oil and salt. My wife brought them back to the counter and without saying a word the woman working grabbed them and handed her another bag. It was if she already new they were bad. The second bag was no better. The garbage was over flowing, and they also placed do not use signs over the other cans in an attempt to limit what they had to clean. This location needs a major overhaul…. Update, attempted to give them a second chance on 6/14/2023. I placed an online pickup order with piers. They forgot half of the order and also messed up the other orders. One was supposed to be a bowl and came as a burrito (with a label that said bowl). I then had to call corporate to request a refund because the store cannot process them.

For starters, I love Chipotle, however not so much at this location. The soda fountain was mixing water with almost all choices. When I let the employees know they asked me if I knew which ones exactly which one and I have the info for the ones I had tried. There were others as well. Their reply oh yeah we know their out and haven’t been able to get any in….

Traveling through the area and stopped in. Chips in our hometown are on a downward slide being constantly out of items and food quality is blah. I have large family and cost can be high to enjoy a meal out so when it’s not good it’s a double disappointment. Pleased that everything here was in stock and fresh. Tacos and chips were crisp with right amount of salt. Everything cooked well. Staff was friendly.

Place just keeps getting worse. This experience was the worst yet, won’t be back. The restaurant is dirty and disgusting. Food and trash all over the floor, not a single table was cleaned. I had to go out to my car to get wipes and clean one myself to be able to sit down and eat, they were that gross. The drink station was a disaster. The non carbonated options were all out or almost out, no lids, not clean, ect. Trash cans full. Many of the food containers were almost empty, and they were scraping to get anything out, leaving you with a small portion. Just frustrating, and not what one would expect there.

I’ve never ordered online at Chipotle before, and I wanted to give it a try today, since I was trying to buy my husband and I dinner for the night. I went to pick up my order in the drive thru line and was told that it would be a minute or two because stuff was running behind. The worker at the window didn’t specify what it was exactly that was “running behind” but I had assumed with it being a restaurant that they had to cook/prep some more of the food items. I understood, and asked if they’d like me to park to the side to get out of the way of the drive thru line, and see if someone could run me out the food. The worker at the window stared at me like I had 3 heads and then asked me to drive around to re-enter the line, and informed me that my food should be ready for pick up once I come back up to the window. Not wanting to argue or cause a scene I accepted his suggestion and drove around to the back of the line. Meanwhile, the people who were previously behind me and are now in front of me are all receiving their food orders without delay. My first thought is, “maybe they’ve caught up in the short time it took me to drive around”. A few minutes pass and I eventually make it back up to the window. When I say my name again for the order, the worker at the window tells me again that they are running behind and tried to ask me to once again drive around the building to re-enter the line. At this point, I feel like something fishy is going on. But I don’t want to make a scene and be THAT person. On the other hand I’m starting to get even more annoyed. So I ask him, “would it be ok if I just park and head on inside to ask about my order?” And the response I got was a shrug and an “ok”.

Service was great from the employee with the big beard, I didn’t see a name tag. The food good until I couldn’t chew through the steak due to tendons or hardened fat…this is an issue in all Chipotle’s, their steak is poor quality. That had all of their garbage receptacles covered with a “do not use” tray.

Not much wrong with anything the food is absolutely amazing like always, my fave, the lady was nice and everything. I went here with my mom and she pointed out how one of the cooks got a beard and it’s kinda nasty thinking parts of it could of gotten in the food. Apart from that everything good.
