I’ve had chipotle a few times (always a burrito) this was the first time the burrito was actually shut and didn’t break, maybe that means there was less in it but it filled me up just fine and didn’t go everywhere. Decided to get queso and medium salsa this time and skipped lettuce, I was a big fan of the burrito I got with pollo asada. Brother and brother in law each got bowls with the same and were very happy.

The large bag of chips, was a small bag of chips. Looks like a lunchbox with half the amount of chips as a large bag. Don’t order the large bag, they will give a bag with a tag that says “large” but it’s a small bag of chips. #falseadvertising

First time ever eating at Chipotle not just this location, I was excited to try something my daughter had suggested. After ordering our food online I went inside tmand got our 2 burrito bowls, hers was exactly how she had ordered it, mine however had only a few of the things I had ordered on it and it eas bland without what I expected. No pico de gallo, no green chili sauce, no fajita peppers and onions, it was only rice, chicken, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. I added salt and pepper and some goya hot sauce to give it flavor. First experience was terrible but I will give it another try as I believe it was employee error and not the restaurants fault in general. Will raise or reduce stars depending on my next experience.

2nd horrible experience with online order. First time they missed sour cream and fajita veggies and made the food 20 mins later than pick up time. Today, I did another pick up, came home only to find my bowl 1/3 empty, filled with so much liquid, and missing both beans (I ordered both) and fajita veggies. The chips were stale also. Very disappointing.

Never use the phone app. They will never get your order on time, do not keep the food in a place where you can just pick it up and leave (they hide it behind the counter) they aren’t quick about shouting out completed names, are often understaffed. Food is fine, but if I place an order for 5 pm, I should not be waiting at 6 pm. Its simply inexcusable, and always faster to just wait in line.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to. Somehow they always find a way to ruin my order. Today I ordered fajita veggies and I got two pieces of sliced peppers. I asked for guac, and they didn’t give me any. Whenever you go in person, the line is so long because of the mobile ordering. The ingredients put together are overall just not good. Today had to have been the worst chipotle bowl I have ever gotten.

Normally my orders are great so I am disappointed to write this review but today I was given RANCID guacamole and stale mushy chips. There was even half of an avocado peel in the center. Gross. I also noticed the entire guacamole tray looked the same as what I got. Go to another location.
