This place used to be great but since the pandemic the quality has not been there. The chips are always stale and over salted and nobody cleans the lobby area. This place is also inconsistent with the amount of food they give you.

I love this place my one and only complaint is everytime we come in the dinning area is disgusting we were there tonight not 1 table clean asked for someone to clean a table spoke to the manager she just listened and walled away still no tables are bring cleaned. Ignore the negative reviews, this Chipotle location is great! Friendly employees and food always comes out great. Went yesterday for lunch and sat outside and enjoyed both the meal and environment. Great location and great food!

Always enjoy the food. The location was messy, prep counters were in need of a wipe down, and floors needed a good cleaning. Business was a steady flow but, not over busy to keep up with housekeeping and tables. A clean restaurant would have gotted up to the five stars.

I love chipotle but I hate this location. There is no consistency AT ALL. In order to make sure you’re getting what you want in your order you have to go in and that’s ridiculous. Everytime I place a Togo or door dash at this location they always end up giving you half as much as they would in store. They make you pay $3.50 for guac but give you a teaspoon size serving. It’s like they take advantage of the fact we’re not there to watch them make it and rip us off. Not to mention my large queso is halfway filled . The job really isn’t that hard, they just need people with actual work ethics.

I placed a Grubhub order for a burrito with double chicken, and received something that looked like it was intended for a child. Smallest burrito I’ve ever seen from this restaurant. Clearly no double meat, though I was charged for it. I also ordered a large guacamole and chips, and the small cup used for their “large” guacamole wasn’t even filled to the top. The Clifton Park Chipotle is regressing in quality, which is sad, because I used to love them and have been a loyal, return customer for awhile. I think I’ll bypass this restaurant from here on…

Good god I spent good money to have this thing delivered and it looked like the thing exploded. It wasn’t the delivery, they just wrapped it with everything spilling out. I couldn’t eat it as a burrito. So treated it like a bowl, and the salt and spiciness was so bad I just threw it in the trash. There was no lettuce, what was in there looked old. I have no idea what’s going on with Chipotle, but I’m never getting food there again.

This restaurant is very inconsistent, my fiance got 2 scopes of chicken when i only received one. Every square inch of the restaurant was dirty, no clean tables at all. Garbage cans over flowing. Probably won’t go back there any time soon. I need time to forget the experience.
