Its 828 on a Friday night and they ONLY had chicken available. Same 2 workers every time something goes wrong with my order. Very rude fella basically laughed in my face. Worst chipotle around. Also filthy. DO BETTER. never going here again.

How can they charge a $1.75 for the sour cream and the hot sauce on the side if you don’t want it in the bowl! If I was asking for extra I would understand but not because I have OCD and I don’t want certain things to touch !!!! Even the employee in that location said that CHIPOTLE IS TRYING TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS!!! I even tried speaking to customer service and yes the manager or a supervisor will call you and they never did!!! Even the chips are not fresh .

Catering order completely messed up – order not received by the restaurant despite being ordered a week in advance. Also 50 minutes late. Not catering with Chipotle again. Not to mention my orders at other restaurants have been disgusting

used to always come here because the chipotle by my house isn’t good, but clearly this one is taking after that because my order was a complete joke. keep in mind that I walked into the store a second after I placed my mobile order just to confirm with the staff that my order would be correct, and everything would be included (extras that i paid for etc). The girl handing me my bowl assured me that it was right but she was wrong

A restaurant where food is served should never be so dirty. The dining room was filthy, staff was so wasteful during my visit within one minute two bowl full of food was tossed into the trash. With the cost of food and businesses thriving to achieve profits it was disturbing seeing this young man throwing away food effortlessly.

This is a complicated review. The staff is awesome but the manager is clueless and rude. The food is good but they never get the order right. They refuse to fix it as per management. Can’t go too low on an overall review because it’s mainly the manager that is horrible.
