I’m very disappointed. The stuff didn’t seal the bowl properly, which caused a niffy smell in my bag. Also, the stuff is unprofessional because he joked with other stuff while he was processing my order.

I notice it is always a hit or miss with Chipotle. We ordered on their app a Garlic Guajillo Steak Bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, tomatoes red chilli salsa, sour cream and cheese. Picked up, drove home, and this is the bowl we got when we opened the top. I just dropped my fork! $15!!! No. I did not eat it yet, I scraped around looking for the items in my order description. This plate of prepared food is just disappointing.

they should change their closing time to 9 o’clock if they are going to have no more food and deny customers before their closing time of 10 o’clock.. I saw them put away the corn, and when I asked if I could have corn after being denied chicken, the girl who put it away 2 secs before said there was “no more”… they also were blocking the entrance with the garbage can at 9:18 PM.. sidenote, the girl who is directly doing my order seemed compassionate & apologetic while her coworkers are rushing out .. they should have a manager on duty…

This evening i visited this chipotle location which I never have had a problem with, but today the environment was uncomfortable for me and many other paying customers when a male employee (not sure the name, i could only see he had a green marker) was yelling at another female employee while me and many others were waiting online. The lady making the food was very kind and professional but the male worker yelling made me very uncomfortable and nervous.

I was mistreated by a employee who make fun of my accent and served me improperly while I was ordering food. And he did not serve me the food, and tried to force me to speak Spanish word of the food name, which I do not know how to speak. I felt upset, and I was the only one being served like that. The employee did not do this to the customer before or after me.

This place is a joke of a food service. Waited over an hour for a delivery via the Chipotle App just to have the order canceled. No further information until I spent several minutes on hold with corporate to confirm that I would get a refund.

Sadly I had to stop coming to this Chipotle location after several years. The staff here make the experience too uncomfortable, and the food never seems to be consistent. I’ve had many bad experiences here. Don’t bother using the extra or light options in the app for takeout or delivery. If you do choose extra something, they will give you less for some reason. Ask for light cheese, they will give you extra instead. Either the child employees are all in on the prank, or they simply have yet to gain basic literacy in reading english. The tall white ginger man was just the cherry on top. He’s rude and goes out of his way to make you feel as miserable as him. Bye
