Been going here for 5 years and they always disappoint, im fact it’s gotten worse since they opened, definitely the worst chipotle, chicken is dry and stale, probably from prior day, guacamole is brown, queso is dried up and you get like 3 pieces of chicken – portions are minuscule, it’s my fault for expecting them to improve, don’t bother. Never again, not worth it!

Went in today Jan 25 2023 at 1:15pm to get a grilled chicken burrito bowl and the Mexican or Spanish girl who was on her cell phone texting before I got to the counter to order fixed my bowl , barely put any rice in which I asked her to add more and hardly no chicken in the bowl but I did not say anything about the chicken, I told the cashier she barely put any chicken in my bowl and he stated he was sorry about that ! As I paid for my food and look over to the Mexican or Spanish girl with black frames on she was busy on her phone texting because no one was behind me on the line , I guess that’s why I barely got any food in my bowl cause she was to busy on her phone than helping the customer ! Worst chipotle in the area. Skimpy on online orders. Chicken bowl severely lacking in ingredients (01/01/23). Last time got chips and guac here chips were like styrofoam so stale. Go to a different location. Giving chipotle a bad name.

Every time I try to give this chipotle another chance they always disappoint. It’s becoming more and more skimpy. The guac is brown. They are often out of things. The queso is like cottage cheese texture. Today I ordered a salad and the lady took a handful of the lettuce when another employee grabbed her hand and made her drop half the handful right in front of Me. Officially decided will never go there again.
