In general a sad experience, the vibe is hurry up get your food don’t ask questions and get out of here attitude, the customer service experience is swallowed by low paid employees that look miserable and can’t careless about being nice.

Try to avoid this Patchogue location. They were not busy during lunch time and it’s no surprise. The food and the service was below average. The young servers seemed content with nothing to do. The rice was hard and not cooked through, the lettuce was wilted and brown, and the server quickly placed my bowl off-centered in the take out bag, and it eventually leaked. From now on, we’ll drive the extra distance to go to the one in Holbrook, which is excellent food, friendly service, and they are always busy.

We usually go to this same place but online and I am satisfied but we decided to go in and I was very disappointed they put barely anny thing and forgot to put tortillas in our order I would recommend never to come here ever

Hard to find complaint with this Chipotle store. Service was fast and uniform. Store was more-or-less as “clean” as any other store location.

Extremely hard and undercooked rice ruins the entire meal. Literally could not eat most of it because it hurts my mouth. Had to just pick at the top of the bowl and throw the rest away.

I am SO disappointed after going here to order 2 burritos tonight. First, the kid serving me looked like he was annoyed and he was rushing me. Never even smiled—like he hated his job! I had to ask him to add more rice on both of the burritos, because 3 tablespoons weren’t going to cut it! Then he was rushing so fast (no one else was online behind me), that I missed asking for salsa on one of them, and he put VERY little meat on one of the burritos (mine), to the point where 2/3 of it had NO meat when I cut into it! I also ordered a large (lol) queso to go with chips I had at home. No drinks and yet the bill was over $35.00! Of course, avocado is always extra money!! When I told my husband he said he noticed that they were putting way less food in the orders when he had stopped there a few times with his friend. We both decided we were done with this place! They only got 2 stars because the cashier was friendly! It’s definitely not the same as it used to be, and with the cost of things today, they can take advantage of two less people (us) in the future! Shame on them!

The food here is normally good for Chipotle standards. I was busy working so had food delivered to my place and opened the container for my chicken quesadilla and saw this (see photo). They smashed the quesadilla to fit it into the container and it turned into a blob of tortilla, cheese, and chicken. It was very difficult, and messy to eat but it is all the same in your stomach I guess Lol. Just be aware when ordering delivery that this may happen.

Ok so, chipotle obviously is very good when ordering in store. Through door dash my order has been messed up twice. However, the manager was very helpful. Even after I was being a difficult customer on the phone with him. He worked with me and got me my food. I appreciated his maturity when i was obviously being a hangry b*** hahaha
