this place used to be good idk what happened. past 2 times i went chicken was burned. then came here to pick up a doordash order and was ignored by the employees for 3 mins while they talked about topics not related to their job. no acknowledgement. i’m usually very understanding of service employees because i am one and i know how stressful it can be, but it’s inexcusable at this point. no utensils or straws in the self serve area, soda is always out of “juice” so you walk out with a watery drink….it’s just so bad. they desperately need new management. go to the chipotle on commack road for a much better experience.

I’ve never posted a negative review on any restaurant but this Place was filthy, manager was yelling, people handling food without gloves on, garbage pail full, tables all uncleaned but yet there were 8 people back there…two using dirty rags to spread germs all over the place… Workers eating food with their bare hands literally and the salt content in the chicken was over the top.. other than that everything was terrific…. NOT!! Who’s running this place?

Just got a bowl after a long shift at work so about 3:30pm and the only thing fresh was my rice. Very sad but I’ll go out of my way to another one from now on. Thanks. Cabo fresh down the street is way better and always good!

This has got to be the worst Chipotle on Long Island. Staff checks out at about 8pm. That’s when they put all the chairs on top of the tables and when you go to remove one to sit down and eat, they yell at you. Not sure if they need to learn how to tell time but the restaurant doesn’t close until 10pm fellas. Get a grip

as a former employee at this place, it was without a doubt one of the worst experiences ever. terrible managers, no organization, no consistency. i was cursed out by one of the managers and got keys thrown at me by another. i vowed never to step foot into this establishment again until something changes.

Most terrible experience. The lady at the front certainly was very rude. I got a drink, and wanted a water cup for my son. They didn’t have water cups, but refused to give the drink cup instead! They want (and did) charge me for getting hot sauce on the side (!) — unbelievable. I have been coming here and to other chipotles for years — never such attitude. Who charges for hot sauce, just because I asked it to be on the side? Them running out of water cups is their problem — but have zero desire to do anything about it. Never coming here again. Looking at other reviews, it seems it’s a pattern here ..

The rudeness at this location comes from the top down. The manager is horrible and he’s allowed to behave this way by Dan Rueda, the VP of Eastern Operations. It’s so bad at this location, that I stopped going there years ago.
