If I didn’t ask for extra, my food would literally be non existent. I have never been to a chipotle where they give such small portions. I had to ask for a “extra” rice because the guy barely give any. The chicken portion they give was extremely small and when I ask for a bit more, the guy said “this will be extra”. I said no thanks and he just put the bowl and said this is what we give. This was my worst chipotle experience. Don’t recommend this location!

I have always ordered chicken AND sofritas. Sofritas being made of TOFU. And I asked more than once, “Oh is that Sofritas?” To which the server stated very clearly: “Yes” he gave me pulled pork despite me clarifying if what he was giving me was in fact what i asked for.

Nothing to do with the food. Food is great. The service is appalling. The short Spanish guy who works there had a horrible attitude. Kept making sure we knew we were paying extra. We ordered something and than chips on the side with Salsa. And as we were getting rung up by someone else, he rudely said that’s for him?? Make sure u tell him it’s extra too. The cashier had to correct him and tell him we ordered something else. VERY unprofessional. Had an attitude even when we first walked in. Many other locations.. don’t give nasty people your time and money.

Ordered three tacos . They pushed the tacos together and then was wrapped tightly in tin foil. When I got home five minutes later and opened up the tin foil, the three tacos were very moist and cold . Plus it was difficult to pry the tacos from each other. This is unacceptable and will never return to their restaurants. If I could rate them a zero, I would . Please stay far away. !!!

Terrible. We got here at 11:15 and they did not have any cauliflower rice prepared. They served us rice from the day before and it was awful. Sitting in the restaurant sucked the life out of me, definitely would appreciate a more lively atmosphere. The worker skimped on chicken, rice, and other main ingredients. Definitely not worth the money if it’s going to be like that.

Everytime I come to this chipotle I have to complain to the point I just gave up coming here. I gave them chance after chance and Every time it’s something. Freezing cold chicken, undercooked rice, small food portions it’s frustrating. This chipotle used to be my go to but over the past few years the service has gone downhill. No matter if it’s early in the morning or late at night it’s always a food issue.

I went on a weekday around 7pm. It seems like they cut up more meat when they finish with what they have on display, making the process to get your food really slow. There were three people in the back cutting up meat, one on the cash register and one making the orders. There wasn’t any ice in the soda machine, and trash piled up by the napkin and utensils.
