Poor customer service. Portion size is significantly smaller. Found a hair on my food after I already started consuming the food 1/4 way in. The staff gave me a new bowl, but no one seemed apologetic.

I never been in chipotle before at all. My son was hungry so we decided to stop by. The place was very clean, the workers followed all cleanliness procedures and covid19 protocols. The server was very nice and accommodating and cashier was very amiable as well. Overall a positive experience . We had the chicken bowl.

The service here is excellent… Staff is wonderful especially the kind Chinese lady and the black cashier lady. They all deserve a raise considering all the racism they encounter they handle it professionally. Love the food here, keep up the good work

Not so clean. No one cleans up the tables for the next customers to sit down to dine in. Also the fountain drink I had was DISGUSTING! After going there and ordering the same chicken bowl twice…. NOT to my knowledge I was asked by the male server/cashier who served me, if I wanted this or that on my chicken bowl but he never told me it will cost me extra for each spoonful side he put on my dish. So I ended up paying over $20 for my dish along with the drink. I am NEVER going back to the Kings Highway Chipotle ever again! I think they should be graded randomly also that the DOH needs to go there ASAP!

Chinese chick needs to be FIRED ASAP. And a nice punch in the throat on the way out .. Been going here for years but it’s never been this bad. Food everywhere , pork in the steak bin , corn in the sour cream , kitchen a whole mess. This girl is SAD and takes it out on the customers. Shame to the clown who hired her. GET HER OUT ! July 25 ,2023 at 5:00PM Me and my sister walked into this chipotle to order food but as we walked in we already noticed the guy behind the counter had an attitude because when we walked in he rolled his eyes like if he was annoyed that more customers were coming in . My sister ordered first and I stood back to see what I was going to get for me and my kids while he took my sisters order and as he was adding toppings to my sisters order he asks her if im going to order and she told him yes and I can clearly hear him and see that he responded with him rolling his eyes and cursing underneath his breath and coming to me and that’s when I decided not to place an order because if it annoys you to DO YOUR JOB then get another job that doesn’t annoy you . Bad customer service . Especially him , on the receipt it says Justin but who knows what his actual name is but he needs to get his attitude checked out and learn how to be respectful and if he wants to say something to someone to say it to their face straight up and not underneath his breath .
