The staff needs to wear mask when scooping the food. I’ve seen saliva flew when they try to ask you what you want. If not a mask just make a glass roof pointing downwards so the only thing that enters is their hands.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our server was terrible at his job. One of our orders was the kid’s menu “make your own taco.” Without question, we were given a soft shell taco and were asked for three sides. This didn’t sound right and we tried to clarify whether they were sides or toppings, but he insisted sides. We picked three two salads and beans, and he began packaging it up. I realized these WERE the toppings. I tried asking for a protein of some sort to make it an actual TACO, replace one of the other things, but he wouldn’t hear it. I was seriously losing my patience now, since the things we picked weren’t even real taco toppings, but luckily a much better employee came over and said something to the other one, and served us everything else. I would have given a piece of my mind to the bad employee for ruining my kid’s lunch, but we were taking to go and in a rush. I’m never going to this location again, or at least avoid that employee.

Don’t bother. Don’t waste your money, don’t waste your time. Out of 7 workers only 3 were wearing their mask correctly. I figured the chips would be safe because that young lady had her mask on properly. Nope. Ever had rubbery chips. No crunch, just rubbery. Complete disappointment. Never going back in there. Waited for this spot to open and this is the garbage. Yuck!

Ordered a burrito and they gave the smallest serving size. What did I order a kids meal? The amount of protein they gave was disrespectful for their outrageous prices. Never had this problem at other locations. If on Steinway, go try Hot Peppers Mexican Grill.

Worst Chipotle, avoid it. I Asked for 3 bowls, everything looks old and empty, she put 2 pieces of saggy lettuce on each bowl, when I asked if there is more FRESH lettuce she said yes but they are all like that ( lied) , she grabbed a fresh green sealed batch and she put the old ones on top of them and tried to give them to me.
