Horrible! Horrible! Avoid at all cost! If I can give it negative stars, I would. They finally opened after almost a year of construction. The employees are very rude. They need additional training on customer service and to make the food. We ordered our food, and they were low on steak and toppings, but put the last scraps on our burritos instead of getting more fresh food. They didn’t put a full serving, just what was left in the metal container and it was grease and dried up scraps. When we asked if they can get some fresh food, the gave a dirty look and said no. “No more”. It was 12pm!

Thirty minutes before closing, they run out of white rice and refuse to bring another tray, despite having a line. The napkins and cutlery were all packed away and so were the sauces. You don’t close until 10pm!!

I usually have a bad representation with Chipotle but this location absolutely made my day. As soon as I walked in there was no line, the workers were talking to each other and laughing together and it made me feel at home. The service was absolutely perfect it would make even Chic Fila jealous, I ordered a double chicken bowl and they gave me excellent portions, I say I have a bad rep with Chipotle because the location near my school gives me barley any food even though they make a lot of money from the thousands of people that come every day. This location made me feel like I was a little boy again and my grandmother was feeding me plate after plate from the portions they gave me. The lady in the front was very nice as well as everybody else, when I paid for my food they told me to have a nice day which brought me to my knees. I have never got this great service in the fast food industry and makes me want to treat the workers better, because at the end of the day these workers are real human beings and a lot of people treat them like garbage. If I could rate it even more I would.

I have ate at many chipotle and never had a problem. But this chipotle is by far the worst chipotle ever. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. The rice was hard not only was it hard but it was also cold. The beans, the chicken and the steak was also cold. The guacamole and the pico de Gallo looks like it’s been there all day, not fresh at all. They ran out of sour cream and instead of getting more like I’ve seen at other chipotle they try to give the very last bit. The manager or whoever the guy standing there was instead of helping out by getting fresh food because they were running out of things he was there laughing and joking around with some of the other staff.

In this chipotle location they’re always missing something and the protein is ALWAYS salty like honestly all the meat tastes like pure salt , a bunch of bratty teenagers working here that don’t know how to treat customers attitude always on 100. The food portions they serve are so little like I Don’t understand how i’m here paying 50 dollars for 2 bowls that are practically empty. Stick to the chipotle on 238th. ( teenage employees are not the problem it’s their attitude). Also never order online

This is the 3rd time I have been to this chipotle and its always something. There are never enough ingredients, what they have isn’t fresh. Guacamole is always brown. I went today for a salad and the lettuce was frozen, and thats what they were going to serve me frozen lettuce, I asked the server is the lettuce frozen? He said yes we have to keep it in the freezer. I told the server no thank you.

I truly don’t understand how this business is still running, they forgot my guac for bowl and I told them about it and he had to make a new bowl which took more time. They were late on making my food and the customer service was just really ABSURD!!! And this took 20min for a burrito bowl
