Is there anyone here who can see guacamole? Please check your receipt properly. I told the staff that I would NOT add guacamole. And I asked for to go. There was someone outside waiting for me, so I came out quickly. I checked it when we got home, and it looked like a picture. What I ordered was right. But looking at the receipt, this store charged me an additional fee for guacamole. Look at the picture. Am I the ONLY one who CAN’T see GUACAMOLE? I can’t believe it. I won’t go here again. NEVER!

This place is very unorganized when you see you are about to run out of something you suppose to have another batch ready but no this place didn’t I was online behind a guy and they ran out of vegetable they didn’t wanna go in the back and get more vegetables and the guy just canceled the order i walked out because the meat looked like it’s been there all day I seen the little portions they was giving so I just left I read the bad reviews before going and sometimes they can be wrong but in this case it’s the truth and to who ever own this place this happened around 9 930 at night yesterday so you know who your staff

Terrible experience! This is by far the worst location around times square I have visited. The food quality is terrible. The black beans were too salty. On top of that the portion they served is almost half of the regular portion you generally get in other locations. This location needs training sure.

I go to this location 2-3 times a week, but my only problem with them is the portion of food they give you, if I’m spending close to $14 for a bowl I should get the portion of a full bowl not half… I’ve complained multiple times to customer service and they never fix the problem.

Chipotle continues to impress with one of the best heavy lunch/dinner meals you could buy that’s really fresh really healthy and really good for you. Then press begins to lose its luster when you end up paying almost 20 bucks for this burrito and they start getting finicky about sides and and details. Still one of my stops for when I’m really really hungry and want to eat some healthy home cooked feeling food.
