They were verifying how real our money was with the wrong marker, made us go trough a lot of embarrassment by stating it was all fake when it wasn’t. When I politely asked if they could give me clean bills in exchange for the ones they mistakenly marked since it was their mistake, they refused.

This place is a rip off !!! Be very careful with them. Ordered half chicken half steak. He gave me 80% of chicken 20% steak and then counting as a steak bowl!! Screw this place

If you are youngerp, the kids at Chipolte pile it in your bowl. We seniors almost have to beg for equal servings. Its pretty much the same at all the Chipolte’s I have been too in the city. Chipolte is becoming conveyor belt Mexican food….but again if you are young there is more camaraderie between you and the server. I get it…its a youth culture here. I also cant put my finger on it but the management is kind of willy nilly….all of a sudden u are yelled at….CASH ONLY…or We are only taking orders from the app….or or.
