The customer service here is great but unfortunately would NOT recommend this location. I had a to go order and when I arrived to pick it up, it was ready. I headed home and once I arrived I found a small hair in my food. I was completely disgusted and threw it in the trash. I will bot be returning.

I am writing this solely for an amazing woman named Rosie. The Chipotle App isn’t great, (god help you if you order a salad there is a 50% or less chance dressing is stocked) but it does provide some benefits. After receiving my pick up order and not finding dressing, I came to this location to ask if there was any possibility of more being created. Rosie being the amazing person she is took a moment to whip up a new batch and for that I cannot thank her more! @Chipotle – recognize this employee!!!! People like this are exactly why I will keep coming back! The food is good, and yes, sometimes you guys run out of things, but when you have people that take the extra step, I appreciate the hell out of that!!

A coworker placed a order for our office and everyone got their orders. However, one of the chicken bowls we got, mine, came without chicken. 🙁 I understand that they are busy around lunchtime but I paid for and expect to receive chicken in a chicken bowl. All I got was rice, beans and veggies. I dug around to try to find any piece of chicken, it was nonexistent.

I literally walked out thinking I gotta rate them! Customer service is great! Very attentive. Good customer service. Busy location and still manage to provide great customer service. I appreciate the staff there. The lil things matter. The guy in the front preparing the to go orders was extremely helpful and attentive. Def coming back

I’m a Service Leader at a Chipotle in Virginia and my store is top tier. So when I judge another store I have an eye for the good and bad. This store on 23rd Street was AMAZING!! The store was super clean (restroom as well), employees were really nice and helpful. The portion sizes were perfect. Last but certainly not least, the food tasted sooooooooooooooo so good!

Chipotle, I usually have an experience some would rate as a weak to decent 6 out of 10 at this specific chipotle. The tortilla was cold, the cheese not that cheesy (sus), the lettuce covered with a chemical taste, the lemonade not that lemony. I apologize for this two star review but this location is sub par when compared to the neighboring locations.
