This location is in close proximity to school so I go there every now and then even though I’m about to stop completely! Every time I order a burrito I pay a different price! WHY!!!??????? same thing when I order a bowl as well. What is that about Greenwich Street chipotle!!??? And I must say every single time I go here the staff is unpleasant. Their face is always so miserable and unwelcoming. Also, they don’t greet their customers at all. They just stand there and stare at you until you say something. They also give you nasty looks. At first I didn’t really think anything of it . Maybe they’re tired or have something personal going on. But the repetitive ugly behavior is starting to feel personal as I receive the same experience from all the workers that have ever served me. They are also very slow even when the line is so long going through the door. And as you can see they are messy. Food presentation is really a 0. You guys should really train your staff ASAP too.

Three people working there, I was the only customer. I asked for a burrito, one kept cleaning a grill, one kept sweeping, one kept refilling trays. I waited for someone to acknowledge the order, much less make it. I just walked out.

Been to over 50 Chipotles in my life, including many in Manhattan. This locations hands down is the worst I’ve ever been to… horrible attitude, bad tasting meat, and give the lightest bowls I’ve ever seen. 1/4th scoop of meat for $15? Will never be back

I went there at around 3:30 on Tuesday August 1, 2023 and there was this girl who was really rude and racist. She talked to a guy in Spanish fluently yet when my aunt started talking to her in Spanish the girl replied in English and she acted like she didn’t understand my aunt. And she rushed us the entire time we were ordering.

Every single time I come here the staff is so rude, passive aggressive and they put as little portion as possible in my bowl. when you simply ask for extra or double they either give you a weird look or they communicate with their body language that your bothering them by simply asking for what you want in your order. My bowls are super light every time

Worst customer service ever at Chipotle the lady sharing the food attitude stinks. Then you get skipped in the line because the cashier thinks she could do that to you as if it’s a punishment. if you point it out you then become hated by the whole staff. I got here about an hour before closing and there was a longg line.. When I got to front there was practically nothing there but NO ONE was shared that they were out of things.
