The staff always baffle me here. Half the time I show up in person, the staff have decided to lock the door and put up a sign closing the restaurant while they hang out inside during lunch hours. When they actually are allowing customers in, they usually find a way to taint the experience. When I made an online pick up order, I showed up and saw what looked like my order sitting finished on the online prep table. I asked them if my order was ready and if that was it and they said no, I had to wait. I sat in the restaurant for almost 15 minutes, watching those items sitting on the end of the prep table while they made (I counted) 9 other full orders for online pick up. Eventually, the woman working that prep table grabbed my items, which had been sitting there for over 10 minutes, stuffed them all in a big bag, and called out my order was ready. I was left wondering why she couldn’t have done that when the food was ready or when I asked for it. Stuff like this is pretty regular here. The foods still pretty good though, it’s chipotle after all. This is just by far my least favorite location because of the service.

My fiance came in and purchased 2 chicken rice bowls. We had sour cream,corn,peppers, guacamole, mild salsa,and lettuce. I took 4 bites and realized that the sour cream was spoiled. I began vomiting and then i heard my fiance vomiting as well and asked him was it because of the sour cream and he said yes. I began to become hot and my stomach began to cramp. I went to urgent care the next day. They tested my stole and said the bacteria from sour cream had cross contamination in it. That’s why I ended up sick for 3 days and my fiance was sick for 2. We saved the rest of the food to prove it to the restaurant what had happened and the manager who barely spoke any English and was super young said thier was NOTHING they could do about it. She at first started that she didn’t believe we got the food from there even though it was in thier original container and then my fiance showed her his credit card statement proving the purchase. She still didn’t believe him and asked for his receipt (which he had vomited all over because it was in the paper bag we got to go). So he said I will bring you the vomit receipt if you like and she refused. We never got our money back. No apology. NOTHING. Called the phone number they gave me and left a message. NOTHING. Yall please save your hard working money and cook at home. They don’t care about our health. They have young kids who can care less working here. On thier cellular phones and then touching utensils. Nobody washing thier had after touching thier phones. Sour cream temperature sitting low. I will never come here again. Not even a apology. SMH

I ordered/ bought chipotle from this location and got home and found hair inside the meal and the cover plate. This is disgusting!! I didn’t ask for more free items in my bowl!! SUGGESTION:- Please try to wear hair nets prior to while cooking and serving!!!

I ordered 2 orders or tacos 1 of the order taco charge extra steak I told the server Adrianna it’s ok I’ll pay, so she put just a little bit on it, but it seems like they overcharged me, single steak (2 3.95), total 7.90. extra steaks(2 5.30) total is 10.60, it’s not the money, is because she charged me but I don’t have extra tacos and I feel stupid that why can’t I order 4 tacos instead.

If I could review this lower I would. I have had a number of issues with this location in terms of order accuracy and customer service. Most recently, I was overcharged and have asked for a refund with no success. No only that, but the customer service team stated they fixed it, when in actuality they charged me AGAIN for the same error. I’ve had so many problems with this location whether ordering in person or online, best to stay away.

My girlfriend ordered us Chipotle from the Hillsborough location last night and not only were there ingredients missing— beans, corn, cheese & sour cream— but they added some completely random ingredient— whatever the green peppers are! My girlfriend’s bowl was also missing beans & one of the tortillas she ordered. This experience was AWFUL and i encourage anyone thinking about ordering from here to go elsewhere.

Terrible service, tables filthy, garbage can over flowing, no napkins. And get this…they told us they didn’t have enough sour cream for in-store orders only online orders. Who does that??? Poorly managed (if managed at all) restaurant.

I’m not sure what all of the scathing negative reviews on here are about… I’m not the biggest Chipotle fan to begin with, but as far as Chipotle franchises are concerned, this was definitely one of the better ones I’ve frequented. Actually, it was the cleanest one I’ve ever been to.

Whenever I have gone in I find the folks here pretty nice and friendly. Jowever5it seems some staff keeps changing, could be seasonality and are unfamiliar on the other side of the counter. The items take a bit to be replenished at near closing time (an hour or less).

Super cool Mexican restaurant to grab a quick bite. Chicken bowls are great here and the staff are very friendly. This restaurant has lots of parking space and a good number of seating capacity. Chicken queso add on makes the bowl much creamy and delicious.
