This location is not working correctly, and corporate management needs to visit this location ASAP. They don’t take orders from customers and ignore customers in front of their faces. People are waiting to pick up their food from mobile orders, and I picked up mine 30 minutes late, but there is no urgency or apology from workers. Some of the customers were trying to communicate with workers, but most of them didn’t speak English, and I saw one customer translating for other customers.

I eat at Chipotle Often, and I swung by this branch for a meal. I was quite surprised with the hygiene at this particular branch. There was food thrown all over the food bins. The quantity was also quite less for Chipotle. They don’t prepare the bowls like they do at other branches. I was surprised to see at the end of everything my bowl was sparsely filled. I do not recommend this specific branch of Chipotle, Disappointing !!!

Let me start off by saying the person greeted us with a rude look and expression. She seemed like we were inconveniencing by order even though there was no one else in line and it appeared she was making food for herself. Secondly we got our food and this was the most unflavored meal I have ever had; the rice was mushy, the chicken has fat all over and there was something crunchy in the corn. Worst chipotle EVER

Let me start off with a disclosure that we did go in half an hour prior to closing and I am venting a little in this post so skip it all together if you have an attention span of a knat. With that said, come on! I guess it is just hard these days to expect the type of service from these types of establishments that I was used to back in the late 90s and early to mid 2000s. We were going through the usual Chipotle motion of building our bowls, and the lady behind the counter felt like an 80s movie cafeteria lady. She just flopped the food in the container like why are you guys even here and let’s not forget to mention the extremely low quantity at each stop. I was like, please, a little more of the ingredients unless you just plan on me eating the aluminum container. Anyways long story short, don’t go when they are closing and please for the love of all paying customers, make it a little worthwhile for my hard earned money. The food was as Chipotle gets decent, but they didn’t have the veggies that day, so whatever that means. With all that, plan a visit here when the kids working here are peppy and want to work if you want a decent order.

Between this store running out of food items and not notifying you through the app – it’s not a well run store. I also have to preface this review by noting that I haven’t encountered and issues with any of the staff – everyone was professional.

I ordered a bowl from uber eat with steak i got Carne Asada I didn’t order beans but there was couple beans in my bow I got the chips and guac there was a chunk of something crunchy made me spit it out lost my appetite right there this was the chipotle 318 US-9, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095

This place is super clean, has a good staff and clean food. I always had good experience at this location. It’s a bit hard to find as this one is next to Sam’s club gas station.

Order # XI1-VA2 (7/6/2023) : My all online order was messed up with either no or incorrect name on the bowl. Whatever I paid for not received. Some order had double meat, but hardly found any meat. Not ordering from this location again. They cannot read online orders (I guess).
