As somebody with dietary restrictions, it’s wonderful my husband and I can grab food here a couple of times a month ✨️ Every time we order it’s consistent, and plenty of food. I’m sad others are disappointed because we’ve only ever been happy with our orders. Including today – the photo was taken while I was indulging ✨️ I order with the app and it’s always ready on time!

I have not been to this place because last time I was told that if I didn’t use the app I could not order at all. I decided to try it today. The first thing, I was told that the adult quesadilla can only be order on the app. So because love my husband ,and he wanted one, I downloaded the app. The chicken quesadilla had the option to add fajita vegetables. When I got it all the fajita vegetables are green peppers. My burrito was full green peppers and that pic is just the peppers from the half burrito I ate. I took them out. The word vegetables is not only green peppers . The Burrito was ok. I ordered a side was guacamole and all it need was lemon. My advise to chipotle, if you add lemon to your guacamole, and have fried onion as an option, I might come back.

This Chipotle is super DIRTY. When I walked into the restaurant ALL the tables were dirty with food and trash (see pictures). I was waiting in line and noticed flies flying around in the food. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Very dirty and unsanitary conditions.

terrible, opened my bowl paid a decent amount for this to look like this and to be half empty. Not only, they didn’t 2 other things I’ve asked for not even being careful with customers orders. really disappointing I was excited for chipotle today.

Half the time my food was on the side dripping in the bag. They have good food a bit on the spicy side but that comes down to preference. If your picking up be there early just in case this happens you can catch it sooner….. yearly update food is sloppy anymore and super spicy. Communication is out the window you walk in for a pickup that says it’s ready by a certain time and end up waiting an extra 15 on top of that and no one says hello what are you here for… go somewhere else!

I don’t know why people are still eating here. I wish I had taken a picture before I threw the food in trash. First of the restaurant is ALWAYS dirty when you go in later in the day. Tables, floor, soda station disgusting, food and wetness all over the place, then yo look behind the counter and there’s food everywhere back. So knowing this I went in early around 1130 and got a bowl, the young man that served me put a tiny bit of rice but piled on the meat and black beans. I also got a bag of chips. The Chips were not fresh at all, when I got home to eat the meat was in huge clumps of gristle and fat, I threw it all in the trash and will not return. And honestly if any people that order online actually come in and see what that place looks like as the day goes on you would be better off licking the a public floor bathroom, its clear that no one cares.

We order from them all the time. Chipotle has been our go to. Occasionally they’ve forgotten things and we’ve let it slide and haven’t said anything. Tonight we ordered for delivery. We were missing chips and they gave me half of my meal. It was more than disappointing. When we tried to call to let them know all we get is automated messages and no one to speak to. Some customer service. We are loyal customers but will never go to Chipotle in Mays Landing again.

it’s always something here. multiple chances but something is always wrong. stale chips & my steak was the most charcoaled black i’ve ever seen steak. completely inedible & actually DISGUSTING. i tried one piece of steak and it tasted like smoke and dust reminisce from i assume the grill. but ultimately i couldn’t even chew it & the whole bowl went into the trash. this location needs an entire new staff and management clearly. every time i have eaten there in person, the establishment is always very dirty. i’ve given them too many chances. if you attempt to “eat” here you’ll regret it.

As much as I am livid that I cannot leave a 0 review, I am even more angry at the food and the service here. I came here with my mother to have a great dinner , I begged to come to this place and was talking about how great it was. The second I walked in the place, the workers weren’t even doing your job when we walked up to the counter the guy gave us such an attitude I asked for a bowl, but then I changed my mind, and the guy gave me a dirty look and slammed the bowl down, then he proceeded to talk in the quietest voice, and when I would ask for him to repeat what he said, he would get annoyed (it isn’t my fault that you are as quiet as a church mouse) for almost all of the ingredients he put onto my burrito. He wouldn’t even like spread it around. He just threw it like he was just feeding some homeless person who will eat whatever. I am warning to all the fellow citizens that want chipotle in South Jersey not to come to the chipotle in Mays Landing again horrible service, and horrible food. Please do not waste your money here.

pls stay away from this place!!! the girls in the afternoon have no manners and they donnot offer good service and then portion on the meat is extremely small your getting everything but actual meats!! screw this place and the owner of this place can kick rocks!!
