Genuinely might be the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Tried charging me for a double steak bowl and even when it was clearly a C on the lid he proceeded to open my bowl and then didn’t close it properly leading it to spill everywhere in my car. A double serving of chicken is still little to no chicken they are so stingy with everything except when I ask for hot salsa and they decided to put SO MUCH MILD instead. Did not even offer to make a new bowl and tried picking it out before I said it’s fine. I would actually love to know who the manager is so I could meet them and laugh at how disgraceful they are running this one chain as I have had 2 bad experiences in the 2 times I’ve been here and none at any other location. If the manager sees this I’d love if you could contact me, again, so I can tell you what a poor job you are doing. Also, does anyone know how many times I can leave a review because I would love to do it as many times as needed until they have a 1 star rating.

No water cups. Food was okay, but this is the first chipotle I’ve ever been to that doesn’t let you have water for free (and I’ve been to a lot of chipotles). I’d steer clear of this place if you can hold off until the next Chipotle on your route.

This Rio Grande Chipotle is U Do It approved! The staff was super friendly and we were in and out. Mrs U Do It and I both ordered bowls with tortillas. They give you enough food for two meals!

Guy who took payment was extremely rude. Gave them 2 stars because the woman who made my bowl was nice but the guy who took my payment ruined it for me. You don’t have to be overly fake nice but to go out of your way to be rude is not necessary

I’ve been to Chipotle a few times but this was my wife’s first time trying their food. We got the steak bowls she did white rice while I did the cilantro rice. Everything was fresh and prepared well. The steak was so tender.

I wouldn’t know how anything is here. Both Google and their door said they were open until 10pm. When I got there it was 9:02pm, the lights were all on, and there were ppl inside but the doors were locked and no one came out to speak to me. I went through the drive thru and no one said anything to me. Luckily in that area there are plenty of Mexican restaurants that are completely authentic. I will continue to use the Chipotle near my home. But for now on, when in the Rio Grande/Wildwood area I will go to one of the smaller restaurants. Obviously Chipotle’s doesn’t care about keeping their customers up-to-date on their hours.

Every single time I’ve been to this place they’ve been extremely rude. Their burrito are always the most random shapes even though I get the same thing from chipotle every time. The only person I’ve talked to that here that didn’t need attitude adjustment was one man who looked so absolutely miserable to be working there.

This chipotle never has steak, and the workers can’t even accommodate or make more steak. They give no other options. So I walked out but it’s very rude to not make more steak for a customer. Especially when they open and have everything fresh.
