The environment seemed very friendly and welcoming, you can see clearly that the staff are great working together! However today I came in with a bigger order once i mentioned how many bowl I wanted to order the person at the line had and made me feel as if I was a bother ,i explained to him i have had bad past online experiences and that this time I wanted to give Chipotle another opportunity but this time in person , I tried to keep the order simple and not complicate it to much, the order was prepared fast, yet there were comments made while it was prepared. I felt so uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave. I don’t believe I’ll be returning

Was overcharged for food, was charged for double meat but only got my 11 year old daughter a regular portion. Young man said unable to reverse charge. Waited 20 mins for food just for the chicken to be burnt. For $30 we ate nothing.

Waited for about 5 minutes with no service, I am pretty generous when it comes to waiting cause I work food service. But the lady noticed the line and instead of helping or acknowledging us she decided to ignore us and work on chip bags. Quite unprofessional, even if i had waited a second longer and have gotten service the place looked messy as the counters had an disgusting amount of food and sauce on it. I would not recommend going to this chipotle there are others that have a better customer service than this one.

Go to the one in Marlton, that was is infinitely better. If you have your meal delivered from this place, there’s always something wrong with it. Either the corn is frozen and bland, you’re missing multiple ingredients in a bowl, or three tiny pieces of chicken are given to you because they always seem to be stingy with delivery order portions. Avoid the Moorestown location.

Always good food and they had all the ingredients inside in stock. However, restaurant can use regular cleaning tables are always dirty napkins on the floor. Food left on table tops …. As much as the food here is, my favorite the lack of attention to keep restaurant seating are clean takes away from the urge to dine in. Also, another thing that always pisses me off is whenever I order a sofritos bowl which is about nine dollars and some change their have on multiple times been ringing me up for the more expensive $12 bowl

The eventual food that I got for my family was wonderful. The ordering and customer service mishaps took away from the experience. I also used the bathroom and the toilet was used and NOT flushed. It was very very gross. Overall a bit of a mixed bag.

If I could leave no stars I would. I work nearby and have a limited time for my meal breaks. On several occasions I’ve tried to visit this location and in the window there’s a sign poorly written that says”closed for online orders only”. I find this very inconvenient since the app and Google says the location is open for dine in. I’ve witnessed other customers drive up and try to go in as well only to be left with disappointment. Not sure what’s going on bc this location seems to have plenty of staff and I’ll explain. My last visit where I was actually able to go inside, all the tables were a mess even though I counted at least 8 employees working. Most of them were goofing off. I witnessed one of them throwing trash from across room into a trash can near the food bar. Two of them were chatting about their plans after work by the takeout window. I won’t go into any more detail but this location needs some major help.
