Ordered from Uber Eats, delivered quickly but all those fees! Portions are extremely small, only a few pieces of small overcooked chicken, would recommend getting double portion or different meat. My husband liked his Carnitas Burrito bowl, but also complained about small size. Quality has really gone downhill. 2 burrito bowls were over $40 with fees, would recommend picking up yourself.

You need to babysit these people while they make your food. Second time I ordered online and the food is just poorly prepared and improperly portioned. Adding meat to a veggie burrito. And burrito with double protein barely had one scoop it seemed. It just infuriating. The price of burritos with double protein is crazy and it seems like they deliberately skimp out. Foods good when it’s right but too often is it a waste of money now. Also you can tip which I foolishly did. Save your money or just go to a different chipotle this one’s terrible.

The 3.2 average rating makes sense. Honestly I’m shocked it is even that high as this is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They constantly mess up your order and when you bring it to their attention you barely get an apology or a fix. They throw a free bag of stale chips at you as if that will make the experience better.

Its obvious whats going on here..smaller portions for the same money to maximize profits..its sad..second day in a row i get a bowl and its like a kids meal..barely any rice in this one and this one is ice cold…definitely not going back here again..not a smart business idea to short customers and charge the same as its been

I order from here fairly often and almost every time something is incorrect. Once completely forgot a meal, I now don’t leave the parking lot without checking the order. Tonight both meals that were ordered had the wrong beans and the chips were either stale or werent cooked all the way before being bagged, I get that it’s minor, but the order was placed before 8pm (they close at 10pm) and after walking in for my 8:10pm order, stools were already on the tables and looked as if they were ready for closing. Either pay better attention to the order you are making (that a tip was left for) or since your are 2 hours from closing time, make more of what you offer on your menu to complete the meal as it it was ordered. Hoping when the new Chipotle opens in brooklawn they are better. Workers are friendly.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this five star review goes specifically to the service folks working the line and the manager, Cheyenne (spelling?) – First, Cheyenne was so evidently passionate about her job and the group of folks working there – it was so refreshing to witness how she was going above and beyond to support them as she was closing up for the day. It was honestly inspiring. She was enthusiastic, positive, spoke to everyone on her team with respect, offered to help enable one of her staff members on how to work a machine even during her off hours, and was extremely kind doing it. It’s no wonder the sweet lady actually making the bowls (I failed to get her name) was also so pleasant – I think the work environment speaks volumes. The lady servicing us also went above and beyond to smile and entertain our 1yr own daughter (she was so sweet to her!) while efficiently building out bowls! 🙂 that’s the kind of service I feel lacks at many of the other chipotle locations we go to.

The food is always cold and not good, portions are extremely small when you order online even if you click “extra” for an item. They’re always missing items and ingredients in our orders when we order online. The manager there was telling the people making our food to watch how much they give even though you’re allowed to ask for “extra” rice, lettuce, beans, etc. without an additional fee. Chicken is gross and unseasoned and cut into extremely small pieces. I’d save your money and get Chipotle thats actually good over at the one on Haddonfield Rd in Cherry Hill tbh. Paid $45 for 2 bowls that were not good at all. Crazy this one was just built around 2 years ago and it’s already in the dumps.

Drove there for lunch. And it was locked. They wouldn’t let me in. There was several people in line inside already. After a while knocking on the door a woman came with an attitude and said we are only taking online order. The issue for me is whenever I order from this location online my order is small and or wrong. Not trying to be a drama king but this isn’t the first time I have been turned away at the door. For a newish location they already have a lot of bad habits

Be sure to check your orders. I went through line. 07/18/2023 and asked for bowl with steak. When I got home there was only vegetables. No meat.(was charged for steak) Called customer service and was directed to a website and had to provide receipt. Who keeps that from a fast food place? Why would an organization want to lose a customer over $15 dollars. Makes no sense.
