Ordered veggie salad and salad with AlPastor and got delivered through Grubhub. All I got was a bowl full of salad greens for the veggie option and greens with some chicken for the other. Completely ridiculous for 26.17. Will NEVER order from this place again.

This is my favorite chipotle store! The food is always on point, the seasoning is great and ingredients are always fresh. I’ve been to about 20 different chipotle stores over the years and I go out of my way to go to this location. I go here pretty much everyday, I’m even guilty of going twice in one day. The staff is great and the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. Special shout-out to Manuela for going above and beyond expectations.

Absolute horrible experience. Ordered through the app for a pickup dinner. When I got home to eat, I noticed barely any chicken in the bowl at all. I ordered a burrito bowl with EXTRA CHICKEN and the portion size was disappointing for even a regular order. I let it go and didn’t want to make a bit deal out of it until as I was eating, I started chewing on plastic! I almost swallowed it thinking it was lettuce but decided to pull it out of my mouth just to check.

1st visit: Barely any rice or chicken in bowl. Paid for double meat and guacamole and left hungry. 2nd visit: EVERYTHING IN THE BOWL WAS OVERSALTED. Had to ask for a refund. No way I could eat it. Get way better portions and better food at Cava. Chipotle just doesn’t have the consistency anymore. It’s like gambling when you eat there.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my recent experience at this Chipotle location. The meat was clearly not up to standard and when I attempted to report the issue to the general manager, Julio Perez, I was completely ignored. It is truly a shame that such a well-known food establishment could have such poor service and subpar food at this particular location. I strongly advise against dining at this Chipotle as it is undoubtedly the worst in the area. Upon entering the store, it is immediately apparent that cleanliness is not a priority. The lack of customers during peak dinner hours only further confirms my suspicions. In my opinion, this location should be closed down and restaffed entirely.
