I love the Chipotle and this is the closet place from my company. I recently felt the food quality are dropped. And finally a living bug was in the burrito bowl. I ordered 3 bowls and everyone stopped eating and contacted to the customer support. After some investigation it ended up Chipotle refunded 1 bowl.

The first time I went to this location my experience was terrible, they literally rushed you out and the employees are kind of rude. I decided to give it a second shot but as a mobile/delivery order instead. I ordered a Steak quesadilla and it was pretty good. Didn’t really like the taste of the steak but overall the quality was better than when I went in person.

There are several Chipotles in my area, but I always find myself going to this one, even when I’m leaving the mall where there’s a Chipotle in the food court. I always wondered why I preferred this location until one day when I happened to be there while one of the cooks was prepping the chicken. While he was talking to one of his coworkers, he mentioned how he doesn’t like the fat on chicken and always makes a point of cleaning it thoroughly. That was when I realized what I liked about this location: the chicken was always lean and never had chewy bits of fat like other locations. This one employee was single-handedly responsible for driving business to this location by being conscientious of the people who are going to eat the food he prepares. I hope he gets a raise or something.

Stay away from here. Not only are the bowls expensive but, they are so cheap on portions that it is unreal. Barely gave any steak on the bowl today, and just to find out at 2pm they were apparently “out of steak” kid behind the counter has an attitude as well. I get it you hate your job and that’s fine but at least treat people with respect just like we did to you. Could have went to Moes for a better meal honestly at least they make burritos correctly and bowls filled up to the top. Here they make burritos look like softballs. Waste of time and money.

Its Chipotle. You know the food, its the same at all Chipotles, this the 3 star for food. The staff here however are great! Friendly, and they deal with the crowds that make this place busy with excellence, and a smile. 5 stars plus on service here!
