One of the soda dispensers were not working properly and sprayed soda all over my food and hands. I informed a Chipotle associate that was walking by and she just said “oh yeah that machines not working” I wiped my self down and went to sit down and almost all the tables were dirty. They need better management and employees that can handle all task and be more caring of their CUSTOMERS.

Great food, great service, this is one of the restaurants in the area that I can go to anytime and it’s always the same, great selection of drinks and food

The employees are rude and miserable. You can definitely tell they do not want to be there, in turn- they take it out on the customers. The food portions are non existent at this point, with each new employee (I have been coming here for almost 2 years) the employees switch regularly, I assume because of high turnover. The portions are literally terrible, they want the money and to keep the food. The soda machine is always out of order. I do not recommend this location at all.

The service at this Chipotle store has gotten worst over the years to the point of me writing this review due to my frustration with this location. There are plenty of employees that act like they don’t care who on purpose put small portions of food into my meals and give me a very uncaring mean look.

I ordered a take-out around 8:45 pm, and the order was supposed to be ready by 9:10 pm. When I got there around 9:25 pm, I was told by the cashier that it wasn’t ready. When I asked another guy there, it turned out they couldn’t even make it for me, and they just told me to call the Chipotle 800 number to ask for a refund.

You have to wait for chit chatting employees to feel like serving you. Then half the bowl is empty. What happened?

Do not come here anywhere close to closing time. You’ll get the worst service possible. Got nothing but eye rolls and teeth sucking from the associates. Walked up and the first thing one of the workers said was “before you even ask. we don’t have corn”.what kind of greeting was that? Felt like an inconvenience by just ordering.

The server I spoke to was friendly and smiled as she helped me to figure out what to get. The rest of the staff however, seemed as if they didn’t want to be there. That usually reflects a bad supervisor. Someone who behaves the same so the staff follows. Unhappy staff leads to unhappy customers, the mood rubs off. Anyway I would go back again and hopefully get that friendly server. If you order online you don’t have to deal with the unfriendly staff, just pickup and go. What counts is the food and it tastes better and is definitely healthier than burgers from; you know those two burger places.

Absolutely trash the people working behind the counter were very unresponsive, and they were basically out of most of their food when I arrived at what I would consider a normal time, and the food that they did have was cold/frozen. never going to this location again. Avoid at all costs. There are other chipotles way better run closer to this one.

Is this the worse chipotle in the world? Maybe. But is it the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to? Absolutely. I’ve been to this location several times and every single time there is an issue. The first few times I’d gone the rice was either undercooked or simply burnt. This is frustrating because rice is the base in almost anything you get from chipotle. I chose not to write a review because I decided instead to go to the chipotle 5 minutes away on Route 4 in Paramus, they are the FAR better choice. But tonight I’m writing a review because when I visited this location tonight just before closing and asked if they had white rice the employee at T1 told me they didn’t have any. However their cook heard me ask and she said yes we do have white rice, to which she pulled out to serve. Now I understand I was the last customer and they want to go home, but I was already frustrating that the crew just decided that they were not going to make burritos for the rest of the evening and started cleaning up the tortilla press before they even closed. Which meant when I asked for a burrito the employee downright told me no. But this is what set me off completely, when the cook brought out the white rice the crew member at T1 began to scoop plan white rice and attempt to put it in my bowl. She didn’t attempt to mix cilantro, lime, or salt. Why? Probably because she wanted to go home. When I asked if she could make the rice as per the standard she said “no, we don’t have any cilantro to mix into it”. This was either a blatant lie or a reflection on the KM’s ability to order and prep in the morning. Ultimately I decided to leave, because this restaurant continuously leaves a sour taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively. If you’ve made it this far into my review I suggest that you just go to the chipotle on Route 4 in Paramus. They’re not perfect but atleast they don’t burn your food, give you plan rice, and serve they FULL menu by recipe until 10pm. Oh any they were out of guacamole. This location sucks. I can’t imagine them being at restauranteur level.
