DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO EAT PLASTIC! I wish I could give this place negative stars. I went here after 10pm and this young lady worker was very incompetent. I asked for sour cream on the side (in a cup) and she put a huge scoop on top of my food. And an entire huge scoop of salsa. Incompetent.

Place a burrito bowl order. The bowl came completely wrong. I ordered chicken and carnitas with pinto beans. I got something completely different.I tossed in the garbage. I was trying to call to get someone to help me. That ended up getting no where. The person who picked up the phone doesn’t even work at the location. I will never go back to this place again. The service sucks.

An off duty or arriving employee showed me where the unsweet ice tea was. I haven’t been here in years and I think with new management this place is good. If you ask for extra chilies sauce they will allow this. The bowls are good as you can add what you like. The garlic guajillo steak was good. I like the artwork here near the shorter table in the front.

Do not order here after 10 pm. I normally love this Chipotle but after 10, good luck. They are already cleaning up and most times the order is missing many things and is not fresh. Tonight was the last straw. They didn’t make my order and when I got there they begrudgingly unpacked a few things to do so. When I got home my bowl was a pile of rice with some old lettuce and guac on top. Missing pretty much everything. So sad and pathetic and chipotle online would not connect me with a living person to take accountability for the poor food quality. The employees were complaining about how the hated working at Chipotle while I was there. That attitude shows.

I’ve come here after the gym countless times because ramsey chipotle is never stingy about giving generous portions. The food is always fresh, staff… super friendly, great moods. I almost don’t wanna leave this review bc this place is like a rare gem. I should prob keep my mouth shut however they have blessed me too many times to not give a shoutout. God bless all the staff in ramsey chipotle that makes that places wheels turn bc it genuinely increases the quality of my life.

I ordered burritos through the app 2 hours before I wanted to pick them up. I happened to arrive 4 minutes before the schedule and a young man just asked for my name and hand me my order. Each delicious burrito was labeled ( they don’t do it in all the locations ) with name of the person I ordered for (!). Very satisfied. I will come back on my way from the city or the beach again! Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and they usually very good because they have a stock of at least everything. Today I came in to find there was no rice and the employee would not check in the back even though they were getting a very large delivery at the time. The manager had to interject when he said there was nothing in the back to let him know he had to look. Still a great meal and no better location.

The food is good, but only one guy on serving was good. All other kids are paying with each other running after each other, and they are absolutely do not care, how big is the line , and what all those customers came here for. I hate not responsible workers. My food was dropped into the bag and smashed. Also sour cream full of salad in it , and hot sauce was full of dropped corn.

I placed an order tonight for pickup at 7:38PM. It said it was going to be ready for pickup at 8:10PM. We went to pick it up at the scheduled time and the order was still on the first step: “restaurant has received your order”. It wasn’t even at the second step: “preparing your order”. We waited around at Chipotle for over 30 minutes. There were many people working, none of whom chose to let the group of people waiting for pick up orders what was going on or what the delay was about. There was literally zero communication from the staff. It literally would have been faster if we just waited on line and placed the order. When I went to ask if I could just order my meal on the line and get refunded, the employee went to the back and when he came back he gave me a handwritten phone number. So I would assume he went back to talk to a manager. Meanwhile as a manager, you should probably be out on the floor managing the large mass of people waiting forever for their food or like maybe helping the staff would be a good idea. We finally decided to leave and get food elsewhere because we were starving. I then called the phone number I received and waited on hold for 30 minutes. Lollll horrible experience and horrible customer service. I am actually shocked at the atrocious service from Chipotle I didn’t think this company operated like this.
