My order was not prepared until 35 mins after the stated pickup time. They were dealing with a lot of orders so the wait is understandable, but I saw 4-5 orders fulfilled for people who ordered after me. Upon pointing this out, the lady working there threw my order together but didn’t even make it correctly. Unacceptable

I would give 0 if possible. This is the bowl I got, half portion of other chipotle stores. No tomato salsa or beans as I ordered, and they added sour cream which is not on my list. Besides the price of this store is higher than others.

Joyleen was very rude to all of the workers and customers. Made me sad to see how she was treating her coworker that she was training and she has attitude with every customer who walked in there. She knows she is rude too because when asked for her name she hesitated and asked why and said “I’m scared”. We wished to see her treat her co worker with a better attitude since he was so sweet.

Unfortunately the service here it’s HORRIBLE. The cashier lacks proper communication and will give you an attitude for simply asking a question. I had forgotten to ask the person on the line for a tortilla and by the time I realized he was already helping someone else therefore, I proceeded to ask the cashier and he followed up with “tell him that’s not my job” and although I understand that’s not his job, I didn’t want to interrupt the person in the line as he was already helping someone else because that would be rude. nonetheless, they gave me the tortilla but then they made me pay for it after they were completely rude to me. the food was alright but my experience with the employees here was not the best.

They were out of most of the proteins. They were out of sour cream. Once I paid, I was informed by another customer that almost all of the fountain beverages were out of syrup. Then, the employee confirmed they didn’t have all of the soft drinks. Finally, the bathroom was out of soap. No sympathy from the employees at all. It was what it was.

Horrible customer service and incompetent staff. I was at the restaurant on July 18th at 7.45pm and the manager in charge was very rude. She refused to let us use the bathroom till we “pre-paid” for our meals. Then they got our order wrong and refused to correct. Highly inefficient store. Would not go back.

This is truly one of the worst Chipotles I have experienced. We have reluctantly ordered from it over the past couple years and the quality has consistently eroded. Items missing on order regularly, stale chips, sloppy reckless packaging, etc. It simply is mismanaged and supervised, which is a shame considering the demographics of Westfield. This place should own the takeout scene in Westfield, but obviously, their low google rating says a lot about their level service. I prefer Chipotle typically, but I will be trying Qdoba from now on.

Went out of my way to avoud the very busy rush at the Clark. Nj location. Came here to Westfield. Very unclean. Guests struggled to shove trash into the overflowing cans. Behind the counter was littered with garbage as well. A simple sweeping would do the place good. Terrible experience.
