Very nice location. I ordered through the app for pickup, the food was 5mins late which is fine. But our bowls were completely wrong, they added items we didn’t want and they forgot items. Everything was all wrong, i wouldn’t recommend ordering through the app best to go in and make sure they give you everything you want.

I don’t know if whoever is preparing orders is miserable or doesn’t know how to follow simple requests but, this is the third time I order delivery through the Chipotle app and is incorrect. I get corn when I never asked for it. Never got the cheese sour cream or red sauce I asked for. I understand missing one thing but this is basically a whole other order and I can’t even get a refund through the app. I want to be contacted as soon as possible because I’m not letting you keep my money for this.

Horrible horrible management. No work ethic what so ever. All around lazy and don’t care about the customers. They are always out of Ingredients too. You will wait forever in store and if you order online your food will be wrong or never show up. They need staff who actually work and and a manager who actually manages. Not workers who sit there and talk and laugh while the line is wrapped around inside not even serving a single person. By far the worst chipotle I been too. And consistently terrible every time I have been there. It’s an absolute shame to the franchise.

I’m being generous with the 2 stars. Got to this place at 12:45-lunch hour rush. There was ONE person running the line. Come on-they can do better than that. You don’t see this nonsense in the Clark, Bridgewater or Edison locations. Place needs to be tidied up and maintained throughout the day. This is not what I’m accustomed to seeing Chipotle look like. I see other reviews expressing the same concerns so obviously it’s an issue that needs to get addressed RIGHT AWAY.

My entire reason for leaving this review is because of the cashier whinie I was informed that’s her name she is the young lady with glasses, but I have got to say I have had a few complaints about this location but she is by far one of the best employees there, anything I ask for she literally gets it with a smile never has an attitude! You can tell she loves her job and customers like me love employees like her she makes something as simple as grabbing dinner enjoyable!

I ordered a drink and chips with my bowl. The chips were incredibly stale and the soda was very watered down. The staff working on orders split up two orders twice confusing the other staff at the register. When I entered the store, there was two people making orders, when it was time for me to place my order, there was only one.
