The three stars for this location are based more on the food quality. We ordered a bowl with no meat (veggie), another bowl with chicken and a burrito with chicken. The chicken was a little undercooked (found few pink pieces) and the amount of cheese was very little in the burrito. The veggie bowl was good with no complaints. The location had a room with several tables but no outlets to charge a mobile device.

There is a Chipotle Place at the Riverside Commons. I’m not a fan of chipotle the food but I’m a shareholder there for a fan of the stock. Having said that, I was very disappointed when I went there to buy food yesterday. There was a young lady there who took my order and she was very rude and so was another employee with a mop trying to mop around while I was ordering food. I walked in and said hello, and then started looking at the menu on display above me and this young woman said “Sir, you don’t have to look at the menu, all the food you want are right below and in front of you” I thought that was very rude encounter granted I don’t go there and wanted to read the menu to help me order something good. So I asked her, whether there was something wrong with looking at the menu before you order. Of course no answer. Nonetheless, I decided to order something totaling over $11. 00 but ended up throwing most of the food away. And for the other rude young man, he came to me with the mop and said “Excuse me!” Wow!! I didn’t exchange with him whatever but stepped aside. I was really shock for that poor Service and encounter over there. Selling chipotle next week. See pictures.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The manager on duty is a TOTAL JERK. He was scolding staff because they served us a little bit more of meat than supposed. So so lame. Later on he tried to scold us for requesting beans separately for my tacos giving us a lecture about how wrong we were in making such request. Staff was nervous and serving smaller portions. It was a lame spectacle. Never going back to such miserable restaurant.

Rude staff, out of ingredients, small portions. Overall, just a terrible experience. Clearly, there’s a management issue bc these people had no clue they were at “work.” Felt like I was surprising them by ordering food. As you can see in the pic, half wrapped burrito (minus lettuce bc they didn’t have any and with grey guac) with a drink for $22. Goodbye chipotle! I’ve had enough bad experiences in the past year at various locations to move on. ✌️

DISGUSTING! Served all 3 of us RAW chicken. Would be very surprised if we all don’t have food poisoning tomorrow. Nevermind the fact that they are always out of something. Apparently now they can’t even cook their chicken properly. Trying to contact customer service is an absolute nightmare – robots on chat, and no one picks up the phone. Horrible.

We ordered meals online… They were 40 minutes late. I do feel bad, but the service is horrendous. We ended up, leaving without our food . I will never be returning. I have never had this issue in Rye Brook.

Line was insanely long and they had people on lunch break during lunch at 12:30… couldn’t wrap a burrito it fell apart as soon as I opened my wrap I asked for them to rewrwp it and they wanted me to wait in the 30 minute line again during my work lunch break, the people taking your order barely understand English so expect things you may not want on your items
