This particular Chipotle restaurant has experience (what appears) to be a complete turnover in staff. The people serving on the frontlines are Spanish speaking (1st) and hardly speak English. Being bilingual, this did not present a problem for me. However, it was causing some small delays and confusion for people ahead of me in line who couldn’t seem to clearly communicate their order details. (Maybe this makes it more authentic?).

Horrible staff, dirty place with messy tables broken chairs and trash everywhere. When I asked for queso and sour cream they said they was no queso and that I could don’t get any, but then when the person behind me asked they promptly went over somewhere else and got the queso and served them it. When I asked another employee about this she as well ignored me.

Looks like it’s a revolving door there (or everywhere?). Constantly see new personal, most are extremely slow (maybe low pay rate can only “buy” such workers?), clearly under trained how to wrap burritos, pack tacos in foil (usually it’s just a total mess inside – not much different from a bowl) and do other stuff, feels like it’s always a first day at work for them. Food quality is usually consistent and ok, occasionally off here and there but again 95% of issue is typically workers.

This was our first time ever going here and we won’t ever go back. Understaffed and mismanaged. We ordered pick up and found that most of our order was incorrect by the time we got home. Our food was cold waiting for our order. I haven’t ordered Chipotle in years and it’s downhill. This experience absolutely ruined an already rough day. We’ll never return here and don’t order pick up, they will most definitely get it wrong based on the number of folks returning and questioning the staff. Why did I even tip with this kind of service?

The last four times I’ve been here my serving sizes have gotten smaller every single time. The last time I went I counted 3 cubes of chicken in my entire burrito bowl. The staff either isn’t trained or their managers are instructing the workers to skimp on serving sizes.

Nothing special except for the service, which was abnormally slow. Don’t trust the estimated pickup time if you order online. It’s probably more reliable to wait in line at the store the old fashioned way

Worst Chipotle I have ever been too. We were in town from Texas with a high school rugby team. I needed to get food for 38 boys for the next night. On the app you have to have 24 hours notice (I only had 23 hours notice) so I went to the store to speak to the manager to explain the situation and see if he could fill my order (almost $1000 worth of catering). He was extremely rude and would not even consider saying it had to be in the computer or he couldn’t do it even though I didn’t need until until late the next evening. I happily took my business to Chick-Fil-A and a wonderful local deli who were more than happy to take my orders on less that 24 hours notice and did it with a smile and thank you for my business!

First time there so the servers were very helpful and friendly. The 3 Tacos were delicious- over stuffed with plenty of rice, beans, steak/shredded beef & shredded pork. Tomatoes, peppers, lettuce and an ample portion of well blended GUACAMOLE!!!! Fantastic tasty and filling meal… and not expensive. Highly recommended.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! A tragedy of a restaurant!!! They seem to be run in the area by the same company. Very rude staff, manager cursing and angry at the girl at the counter, I even had to comment she shouldn’t scold people in public. The smaller portions are served by the manager. She gave us way less than the regular guacamole portion while justifying her poor serving on the high prices of ingredients and the profits they have to maintain. Lame, very lame explanation. Oh, and the dinning area was filthy, no flavored drinks. Just a mess. Never come.

I’ve never been to a place that has a more incompetent staff. They are smirking at each other and talking when you ask them a question, it’s so rude. they fill the cups half way with sides and give you a 1/2 tablespoon of salad dressing. The young girls never understand what you want and they look miserable
