the chips were hard as a rock. i almost broke my tooth. it was extremely short staffed the one employee said even tho they close in 2 hrs they would only be taking online orders. the employee was also very sarcastic and told a customer to get a job here. the chicken tasted burnt and the rice stuck to my bowl. the soda machine had no ice so i was forced to drink hot coke a cola.

The place is usually dirty, dark and very slow service. Forget about ordering ahead because you’ll be waiting longer than just staying on the line to have your order done on the spot. Today I ordered ahead and I waited over 35 minutes for my online order. Than when I finally got my food the entire order was screwed up and one of my meals was not in the bag. Luckily I checked my entire order prior to driving away. I was very upset because the girl who made my order told me to my face everything was in the bag. Luckily the manager saw what was happening when I was opening my order and remade my entire order. I spent a total of 1 hr in this place and I ordered ahead before heading to this place. I try giving this chipotle the benefit of the doubt way to many times. I am beyond disappointed with this chipotle. Whoever is the owner of this store should check on his employees and figure out what is needed to make this restaurant run smoothly. Beware of this place because you never know what kind of experience you will have here. Eat at your own risk!!

I have had with this place today. It’s 7:30 pm and they are out of corn, dressing, chips out of some meats and not going to make any more. I was charged $16 for a side of rice and 2 scoops of meat, which is burned and the rice is undercooked. When I tried to bring up this issue, the manager just shrugged and repeated the price. And the cashier has the audacity to ask if I’d like anything else! Yes I would like to if you had any food ready! I am a loyal costumer since 2013 way before they even opened locations in CT. I have got food poisoning from them a few times but didn’t complain because I have been a huge fan of chipotles. Not any more. Stay away from this rip off.

I did a pick up order at 8:50PM. The staff was very Louise and a lady was just walking around distracting all the other workers. Not only they ran out of food and it took 30 minutes to make it!!!!!!! I was waiting for 50 MINUTES just to receive my food being cold. This has happened me 3 times and I want to say that this store is being run very poorly. I’m very furious with the service and the time I have to wait. I could be served at a restaurant and it would take the same time even less. Eat time only had 2-3 meals not much at all. A lot of people are waiting to some people left because of it.

We just stopped in tonight to pick up dinner after traveling four hours. Cheyenne and David greeted us with a smile and our order complete upon arrival. The food was delicious and the service delightful! We are staying at the hotel nearby for the weekend and plan to return for lunch tomorrow.

BY FAR the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. Consistently dirty, staff is always super awkward and antisocial. The food area is always disgusting. I have been here a few times and there’s never fresh looking food, the counter is always a mess. The owner needs to get new staff and get it together.

Every single table has food or wrappers on it, the floors are also covered in stuff. Doesn’t look like the place has been wiped down or swept since they opened this morning and it’s 840 pm. The “preparing area” where they make your bowl or whatever you get doesn’t look like it’s been wiped down all day either lol place is a dump

The past few times we did not have the best experience and have even stopped ordering online because of so many mistakes, but the new manager Sheyanne is amazing! She really seemed to turn this place around- the staff was all super friendly and efficient. Everything was fully stocked and served with a smile! So happy to see things have taken a turn for the better !

This was the worst chipotle I have ever seen it was not busy. Every table was dirty, no lids for the beverages, no napkins. Every trash can over flowing and spilling on the floor. Place is trash. Waited 10 minutes awkwardly so we could pay. We didn’t even eat half our meal and tossed it. Save your money go somewhere else

every time i go they always are missing very important ingredients. today i went and spent 30$ to buy food for 3 members of my family. my burrito bowl came halfway filled with 5 small pieces of chicken. it looks like an employee ate out of it. i want a refund honestly.
