Wow, this place has gotten really bad recently. We have been ordering once a week for the past couple of months, always pick-up orders. For the past 3 orders, I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes beyond the time for my pick-up order. They’re always way behind. Today, I ordered the quesadilla with 3 sides. When I got home, my beans and rice were completely missing. They also failed to give me the queso and salsa that I ordered, which I luckily caught that before I left the restaurant. Just way too many repeated failures on different days from this location. Won’t be going back. I do not recommend this particular Chipotle location. It’s a shame, because we love Chipotle.

I have literally never made a mobile order here that hasn’t been messed up lmao. On many occasions I have gotten a mobile order with items missing, drove back to the location, and had my order handed back with other items missing. Usually the employees are happy to correct it, but it’s still unreal that I have made mobile orders here over 10 times and never once had one come out correctly.

This location is usually bad. Always out of items, sometime out of money to provide proper change, but today was the worst it’s been since I started going. My family and I eat there 2-3 times a week because it’s close to my house and a better option than McDonalds.

Online orders fulfilled from this Stratford location are almost aways wrong, sadly. The app continues to give me rewards for free meals in return for wrong orders which I redeemed at this location (because it is the closest), but those also wind up missing items or incorrect as well. I attempted to call the manager after two meals were not only incorrect, but included spicy meat in my 2yr old daughter’s cheese quesadilla meal which made it inedible for her, but couldn’t get through. If you need to order delivery, save your money and order from a different location.

Awful experience. Being a chipotle worker in the past, I’m aware of what food can and can’t be made. I am pregnant and am limited to what I can eat, I asked simply for a chicken and cheese quesadilla and was met with an attitude and told they don’t make quesadillas. I’ve had quesadillas and have made quesadillas working at chipotle so I am very disappointed with my experience.
