Literally the saddest bowl I’ve ever gotten. Not only am I missing the corn, there’s like 5 pieces of steak, and the rice was somehow undercooked and over cooked at the same time. This chipotle used to be so so good, lately it’s been absolutely horrible. The workers aren’t very pleasant either. Won’t be coming back.

It was late,they were ready to start closing. And they were still happy and pleasant like it was mid day. I couldn’t get mad about all the trimmings that were finished and frozen in the steamer tray. But it was still good, still fresh and gave me a bag if chips for the lack of stuff. Of course, I’ll go back again, a little earlier next time. THank you again

Soooo dirty in here. When we walked in it was empty. There is no reason there should be food and trash all over the tables and floors. There was nowhere to sit because of all the tables being dirty.

Went to chipotle for my first time and got a burrito. It’s wasn’t anything special but about half way thru I bit into something hard which turns out to be the stem part of the avocado easy to say not going there again.

I noticed that if I’m getting take away, I get more accurate to my expectations if I order it online then if I order it in person at this location. I would say there’s a 30% difference on the protein that you’re paying for. Of course that shouldn’t be the case but it is. Staff

I go to the door along with other customers after 11:00 and the door is still locked. Another customer every knocks on the door and the employees look up but don’t respond so we walk around to the side door which happens to be open. That’s strike one….So as an avid Chipotle eater one of the best parts of my bowl is the meat and grilled onions and bell peppers. This location fixes my bowl and the guac is brown and has skin on top it has sat so long. She seems agitated and after she got to the sour cream I noticed something was missing and so I asked her. I said that looks so skimpy I’m missing something and I notice 3 empty spaces where something should have been and I ask her where are the grilled onions and peppers and she catches an attitude and tells me they don’t have any right now and she proceeds to get me on my way so I stop her and ask how long before they will be ready because they just opened. She said a while. SMH. I take my food and exit. This location is always missing something and you never get what you pay for. @chipotle youve got to do better!

I’ve been a huge fan of this Chipotle, but recently the food quality is not consistent. I ordered the corn and tomato salsa and only received tomato. The cheese was clumped on top and didn’t melt because the food temp wasn’t hot enough. I also paid $7 for a large guacamole and received brown guacamole. This means that they either gave me yesterday’s guacamole or someone used over ripe avocados. Neither is acceptable when charging that price. I’m really disappointed!!

While the food maintained its usual high standards, the service unfortunately fell well short of expectations, particularly from the young man stationed at the front. It appeared that one staff member was left to juggle the responsibilities of preparing the assortment of rice, beans, protein, and other sides singlehandedly, even as three of his colleagues idled at the register, engrossed in conversation, oblivious to the growing queue of around 15 waiting customers.

The place was dirty. Napkins, straw wraps, and lids all over the counter by the fountain drink area. They are out of a lot of ingredients and it was only 5pm. The queso had hard dried queso mixed into it. They were out of grilled peppers and had no chips. Myself and the guy in front of me stood at the register for more than 5 minutes before someone cashed us out. There were 6 people behind the counter. I will not be returning to the one. Welcome to Moe’s!!!
