Update…it happened again. Even though I keep saying I will never go back I wait months and my son talks me into it. Once again…he went in and grabbed his normal meal. Once again…the value is trash and the food might as well be…what there was of it. Please see the additional photos. So sad! My previous review of this location from months ago is below. Today is 8/24/23 and we are back again.

Place is a total disaster workers were in the back chatting and not using time wisely.heard them say “we are slow” meaning business wise so there shouldn’t be a reason why it’s not clean.over priced for the portions they give out. With a soda $17.77. Soda was warm because the ice machine was broken not a huge deal. But come on rice barely layered the bottom of the bowl, got about 6 pieces of steak. If your going to charge this much at least give the customer a fair amount of food.

Rude workers, never an adequate amount, the kids menu says 5.95 and charged me 9.95, comes with 3 sides and they charged me for guacamole as a separate side and didnt include a 3rd. Many workers but never good service

Considering that a bowl will run you about $13, you would assume customer service and the overall environment would be top tier. This is not at all true at this location, the customer service is horrendous, very rude employees as well as a dirty store. Trash and food on the tables. For some people, lunch hour is seen as the highlight of their day, and mine was and has been constantly ruined today by the incompetence and rudeness of the employees. I have given this store many chances and will not be returning.

This establishment has a worker who doesn’t know how to treat customers. firstly this female who seemed like the supervisor talked to us as though we were bothering her to do her to do her job, Then futher’s on with attitude when we tell her the order we wanted. The other staff however were understanding and kind and were simply following her orders. I went in with an appetite and left without one. I know That people have bad days but that doesnt give her the right to treat a paying customer like that, when we treated her with respect. That will be the last time I go there and will be informing others about the treatment we received at this establishment.

This Chipotle is so inconsistent. The food itself isn’t the issuer per se but the portions are. There is specifically one staff member here who gives everyone a half a scope or less of each item, even rice which is a fraction of a penny. If you ask for anymore of anything he will threaten to charge you, even if it’s more salsa or beans. If you ask for more than a half spoon full of meat, he will automatically tack on double meat. This one team member must be a lead because he berated another team member for giving too much rice in a bowl. I walked out before I could order and so did others who saw the portions they were giving. This staff member needs to find a new job and be fired. He is ripping customers off and forcing others on the line to do so. Really terrible.

Definitely go here if you would like to experience food poisoning. Bought a variety of dishes from this chipotle and my entire family was sick the next day. It was the worst experience of our lives. After talking to a few people who work locally they have also had this experience. When you walk in, it is extremely filthy. The floors are dirty and behind the counter looking into the kitchen it is disgusting. I should’ve known better but I thought I would give it a try anyway because I usually really love chipotle. please stay away. I have intentions of calling the health department. One thing is for sure. I will never go back there ever again. Please be careful!

This was my 3rd time with same experience. Ordered online last night and got barely any rice, sour cream missing and no beans. I am amazed how such a badly run operation with consistent bad reviews is still running.

As shown in the pictures, this is a very nice location with a modern and sleek design. I love this Chipotle, the service is amazing! I can feel how friendly the work environment is, and I love coming here for a great meal. Being able to watch them make the food in the back is great, since it ensures that everything is made fresh. The staff are very welcoming, and one of my favorite employees (shown in the third picture) is Abby. She is always so welcoming with a “Welcome to Chipotle, what can I get started for you?”. She makes my order perfectly correct every time, and is always happy to help with any problems. Overall, this Chipotle has great service, and I enjoy getting food here from time to time!
