Ordered ahead. Waited 45minutes PAST my pickup window. Ordered a bowl, quesadilla, and 2 kids meals… Not a huge order by any means. The quesadilla was half empty and both kids meals were missing sides. We should’ve listened to our friends’ frustrations with this Chipotle location… We’ll be avoiding this Chipotle like the plague!

I am quite disappointed and disgusted with the quality of the food sold here. Who sells you rotting black guacamole? Tasted so bad I couldn’t eat my bowl or guac. This is certainly the last time I supported Chipotle. Manager was rude over the phone when I called to inform her, no apologies she just sent me to a different person to talk to.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. My order was 30 minutes past pick-up time. While I sat waiting, 4 workers were standing around doing nothing, while 1 person was making food. And, don’t even get me started on the quality or amount of the food being served. This is certainly not worth the $53.00 I paid. We won’t be coming back here.

The worst chipotle I’ve been to. Last time I was here they forgot to add the guac that I paid extra for to my bowl, and the most recent visit the guac was completely brown and tasted rancid, couldn’t even finish the bowl because of the taste. It’s always something at this location.

While most Chipotle’s are awesome, it may be a new rule… Apparently you’re not allowed to have much cauliflower rice. Like… At all. See the picture. All that you see, is all there is. VERY expensive for VERY LITTLE food. Extra two dollars for…. “Double meat” is an extra four dollars. For nothing extra. You’re also only allowed 7 pieces of lettuce. You can count them in the photo. You don’t get a fork with a burrito bowl… Use your fingers. Second star ONLY because my kid didn’t like the chicken quesadilla, so they remade a cheese one.
