First thing is the Google map location for this is wrong. I drove around for 15 minutes trying to find it and asked Starbucks where it was and they told me that I was the 3rd person to ask that day. Apparently this location is 5 mins away from the star bucks next to chick fil a The next thing which is mainly why I am writing this review is they forgot half of my ingredients, and that was a pretty pricy bowl. I normally eat my bowl with 2-3 meals but the one they gave me I ate the whole thing no problem, which is not my intention it’s suppose to stretch to 2-3 meals.

I don’t even know where to start with this chipotle, i never leave reviews on anything. This was the worst chipotle food i have ever had. The service was bad, they just threw the food on my tacos, didn’t even try and make it proportionate whatsoever. One taco had a huge amount of guac so they didn’t even bother putting any on my other two. The white rice wasn’t even cooked I was crunching the rice. Honestly I would rather drive to methuen then go in town just because this place is so horribly run..it is actually run by teenagers. Do not recommend at all.

Today on the 8/23/2023 I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I went in I usually get burritos from this location and today the Manager was there she’s a white women and I’m Hispanic male I usually point at things when I’m trying to place a order and she had a very big problem with that and didn’t even want to serve my food saying I was being disrespectful. I’m not going to lie I did get frustrated instantly because never in my life have I ever experience something like this. At the end of the day she didn’t give me her name either and I just want to let people know that she is RACIST. She shouldn’t be dealing with people who are well respected and have limited time to get food because they on lunch break.

Workers were all focused on shutting down the shop early and not helping customers for 10 minutes while I was waiting with one other person to be served. I am writing this review as I am waiting to be helped. A whole staff of people and none were helping me and another customer in line. Ridiculous.

guy working up front tonight (7/8/23) seemed so high he couldn’t even function. we got there with 2 people in front of us, and he took about 10 minutes to fulfill their orders before wandering to the back without a word to anyone and left our bowls half-completed. his coworkers had to step up and fill in where he was lacking, and luckily they were fast and great service. idk where the other kid went but honestly glad he didn’t do our bowls anyway, as he was cross-contaminating the people’s orders in front of us with the dirty counter. shoutout to the nice employees who stepped up when the presumably high kid left the counter empty lol

I picked the wrong time to attempt a Chipotle tonight. I have not been to one in a while and I was just reminded why. You can tell workers were done for the night. The food showed it. I walked in looked walked right out. I wouldn’t have fed that to anybody. Place was messy, beans were a paste they were so dry and the rest of the food looked just as bad. It was quite the experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Put in an online order for one chicken and one carnitas bowl. They put the chicken in the carnitas bowl and the carnitas in the chicken bowl and messed up all of the toppings. Drove back to correct the order and arrived 30 min before they closed to find the doors locked and my new order sitting on the shelf while FOUR employees were closing out. Why close early? Clearly not a staffing issue.

This is the second time today that I have visited this location and items are missing from my order. we placed an online order and ordered two sides of guacamole. Due to them forgetting items before in the past I make sure to check my bag before leaving the store. I was informed that they had run out of guacamole and I would have to go online to start a process to get a refund as they could not do it in store. It’s now an annoying process of chatting with an online rep to get my money back. Also if IIt’s now an annoying process of chatting with an online rep to get my money back. Also, if I had never checked the bag in the store, I wouldn’t have known about this. They were not marking any bags stating missing items or with a sticker to see someone. That is seems very shady. That people would pick up their food and not find out things were missing until they got home.

I’m never one to leave negative reviews, but god help this Chipotle lol. Expect major cross-contamination, lack of basic hygiene among staff, an incorrect order, insanely rude service, and a half-filled bowl. I am begging you to spend your money elsewhere

Mediocre experience. The dining room was a mess and the trash was overflowing everywhere. Tried to purchase chips but was told we had to do it on the app prior to our arrival. The best I can say is the food was good.
