This place has to be the worst Chipotle is Providence, Rhode Island! This new manager does not care that his staff are serving undercooked rice to customers. The last two times I dined at this location, I thought it was by coincidence that the rice served was undercooked. This time dining in, I asked a staff to give me a sample of the rice before ordering. When I tasted the rice, it was definitely undercooked and had a really hard and grainy texture. It tasted really awful.

This was my worst experience with chipotle online ordering and the stakes were already so low. In the past when I’ve ordered online there is usually a missing ingredient, and though I never get my money back, it’s just one thing anyways. Today when I opened up my burrito I was so upset when I found that not one, but four of my ingredients were missing (including guacamole, which I was charged for.) I ordered a chicken burrito with rice, beans, fresh tomato salsa, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole and all that was inside was chicken, rice, and beans. I messaged the store and chatted with pepper but I was only able to say that one ingredient was missing, (not four) so they gave me a reward for a free drink but no effort to remake me the burrito or even just refund the ingredients I payed for. I will not be coming back.

Don’t order from this location. Every time I order from this location they get my order wrong. How can you mess up the same order so many times? Last time I order my bowl had big chunks of onions like they weren’t properly chopped. Never again.

Bad sirvice. I order my food to be deliver to me. 30 mts later my food wasnt even pick up by a driver and the store did not call me to let me know. I had to go directly to the store to pick my food. On top of that when i got home and open my food it was not what i order.

The people in and around this place are getting worse and worse. Some Spanish person was parked blocking the side street completely so they could run in and grab their burrito. And everybody was yelling and throwing things at his car. I thought this was hilarious so I stood outside and watched, phone in hand in-case a fight broke out, but it didn’t. Cowards. Anyway the food was good, the entertainment could have been better.
