I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this is frustrating. The food is really good if you go to the restaurant -but don’t ever order delivery. I have ordered delivery from them 3 times this year and all 3 times they didn’t send everything. In what was around 30 bucks in food I’ve wasted 5 to 10 bucks each time on food that wasn’t there. I figured it’d be a one off the first time but guess they just suck at following directions unless you’re standing in front of them telling them yourself.

The food was as great as expected. The people working there are doing a great job preparing the food and making sure it is always ready and fresh. But the restaurant is not very clean especially the floor.

The new steak burrito with extra steak was 32 dollars just for the burrito and guacamole and cheese. There was almost no steak at all in a 35 dollar burrito. The food arrived at 80 degrees, major food safety and ice cold. The chips and cheese included no chips. There was no utensils requested and the bag was also open for delivery. 50 dollars for for a bowl of rice and beans and steak juice on it.

It is a chain, so it is what it is, but even when the line builds up, the workers have been pleasant every time I have been. We like the food (obviously or we wouldn’t be going back) and it is always nice and fresh. I will keep coming back to this location without hesitation.

Takeout order was missing my drink. The small paper bag was so overstuffed that it fell apart when I took it out of the car. Plus, I heard the cashier yell at a Doordash person, she said “get out of here, this area is for my customers.” Mean as a snake, no 2 ways about it.

This place is terrible! The girls on the line were almost mad that I was there. The food was cold in fact I had to have them heat the quesadilla again because when I opened it for my daughter it was cold cheese on a tortilla. She grabbed it and didn’t say a word. They are very unfriendly and I will not be going to this place again. I will be spreading the word.

By far the worst take-out experience I’ve had. The place was an absolute disgrace with food everywhere and nobody bothering to clean or organize. Out of cheese and rather than replace what was empty, the guy making the bowls would grab a handful of cheese from the take out cook. If it wasn’t getting late I’d have run away.
