There is always something up with this place. Usually I walk in and immediately walk out for a variety of reasons OR I actually commit and walk out disappointed or annoyed. Primarily the issue with this place is the staff. It may be the training but I never get a consistent meal from this place (see pic of my square burrito). Not expecting Chick Fil A service but giving me recommendations for what I should put on my bowl or charging me incorrectly just ain’t it. Second to last time I went the line was long and while I know it goes quick, it’s just not worth it for what you get. Last time I went (April 10) they were only taking online orders for some reason. I just walked over to Jersey Mikes and had a MUCH better experience.

Went in around 2:00 in the afternoon. It wasn’t busy. The place was a mess. Totally disgusting. Trash all over the floors and tables. Crumbs and food everywhere. Not a single table was clean. Soda spilled all over the floor. There was about four workers sitting around eating, laughing, joking around. No vinaigrette for salad, scraping the bottoms of pans to get throw one or two peppers on the salad instead of getting new or making fresh. Ice machine empty, lemonade/ice tea machine empty and taken apart with it laying all over the counter. I’ve worked in food service for 20 years and rarely leave reviews but if I was a manager here I would be embarrassed and appalled.

They were running super super behind with little to no indication of what they were doing. Then they were out of some very basic ingredients that had already been paid for (vegetables) and instead of upgrading and providing something better, they downgraded and put less on… Very poor customer service

Our dinner was well prepared, as you would expect from Chipotle. Selection was vast and the food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordering and check out were very swift and we came away with a very positive feeling about our experience!!

I’m not sure how this store is still open or passes inspection. We’ve been twice because I wanted to give it a second chance. (Maybe the first time they were incredibly busy) not the case. I’ve never been to a more filthy restaurant. Garbage everywhere and both times there were no clean tables. The food is not fresh. The staff obviously does not want to be there. We will not return.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I cannot recommend enough that you do NOT dine here. Ordered a meal through the app, waited in store, as they would not prepare meals in front of customers. I get my meal and checked my order. They didn’t have my meal completed and forgot my burrito. Then I checked the tacos and guess what..NO MEAT. When we talked to the manager after the unhelpful cashier, they basically said that they don’t care. When I’m paying $11.60 for three tacos, you’d like to think you’d get some level of quality. Will NEVER eat here again, and will warn others to not eat there either.

This Chipotle is consistently disorganized and very slow. I love Chipotle, but this branch needs a new manager. Standing around for 30 minutes when you ordered ahead of time online shouldn’t be happening. Also Aqua Fresca drinks are always empty.

I recommend checking your take-out order if you decide to go here. I ordered a burrito, and it was half the size of a normal order. I picked it up during a busy hour, but it was according to the pick-time from the Chipotle website. At the store, it was one person making the take-orders, and this person was making the orders as customers showed up versus the time of the order. In addition, the condiment section was out of napkins and not well kept. I won’t be going to this store again.

Complete disaster. Restaurant wasn’t clean, from the moment you walked in to include the bathroom. Talking to the manager she said that they had 4 call outs which I get. However, this was at the beginning of the day and should not be an excuse to have a clean facility.
