I walked in, saw the state of the restaurant, then walked out. The people working there should be ashamed of the cleanliness or lack there of and quite frankly, embarrassed. I have never in all my years seen anything like the slop they had thrown everywhere. Their line looked like an explosion went off. I will never go back. For the record, I love Chipotle. This store needs some serious management improvements. I can’t believe the board of health hasn’t shut them down.

There was One lady who saw me walk in and left me waiting in a “temporarily close” line. Did not bother to say a word or even let me know IT’s close? Second time around, same lady saw me again . She took my order was unbelievably rude and loud. I feel so mistreated and disrespected!!!!! Never going back again, also threw a spoon full of hot sauce on my food when I asked for a tiny bit!!! The behavior of some of these employees especially that Karen!!! Rude,nasty, unacceptable smh at this location needs to be evaluated or people would just stop going!!!!

RUDE UNACCEPTABLE STAFF and BAD FOOD. I got a bowl online & payed for extra of several toppings. When I opened it, there was almost NOTHING in there. I was shocked. I kindly went up to the counter and asked for it to be fixed and not only got an attitude from the girl doing bowls, BUT THEN her dirty looking male coworker behind her chimed in and started talking crazy to me too! All because I want the food I payed for?? Then I ask for the manager and the male worker is STILL going off while I’m trying to speak! The manager had to tell him to go to the back! I’m a female and I can promise if I was a guy, that male worker would have never had the balls to say anything to me. If you hate your life, hate it on your OWN time. Give people what they ordered and keep your attitude to your sad self. I’ll be emailing the district manager and corporate.

So the food was great, good prices BUT my main reason for doing this review is because the customer service was AMAZING. I accidentally forgot my wallet there, and had no clue where it could be for 2 days. Zachary, the store manager went out of his way to find me on Facebook and message me to let me know it was there. Then walked it out to me when I got there. In this day in age it’s nice to know there are good people out there. Thank you Zachary!

Dirty around 7:30 pm. on a Monday. The serving area where all the food was at was a mess. No one was cleaning. The soda fountain area was dirty. Tables were dirty, and napkins, receipts, and straw wrappers on the floor. No ice on the soda fountain it took them 15 minutes from when someone told them it was empty to when it got filled up.

This location has sadly turned for the worse. Last few times have progressively gotten worse, and this last time left me with thinking I won’t be back anytime soon. The store was filthy, trash bubbling over and staff just adding to pile. Online orders were down but it wasn’t communicated well, and I waited at least 20 mins to be told I had to reorder online. They were out of chips so I had to call the 1 800 number to get a refund. Management didn’t seem to care and the passive attitude is passed on to employees.

Probably the worst location I’ve been to in any state that I’ve visited. There has been no peppers and onions or vinaigrette for > 1 year. The mobile portions are atrocious and food quality in any instance is worse than mid. Better off going to Taco Bell across the street

I always get the same thing that costs about $24. Today they tried charging me $44 for the same thing. Lindsey is a morbidly obese whale and she is exceptionally rude. Her other fat, pierced up, trash bag associate, is also exceptionally rude. I stopped to pick up lunch this took an hour out of my day.

It’s too dark. It’s not appealing in any way. The top is too heavy on the eye as you approach building and it creates a dark atmosphere. It does not feel inviting in any way. Staff tried but from counter where food is one can see all the supplies and bags and it gives space a look of unkemptness and uncleanness. Sorry but it’s true.

I ordered catering on line. When I arrived at the time, they never prepared the order. When I asked how long it was going to take to prep, the girl said ‘it will take as long as it will take.’ No meat cooked. Nothing prepare. The girl at the counter was rude, and this was 150$ order. I will never visit another Chipotle again and tell everyone I know not too.
