Stopped here while on a business trip twice. First time in, the young kids building the food were more concerned about their discussion on what drink they were going to get from the fountain than helping the customers. The steak in my bowl had a lot of gristle and sinew. The place didn’t seem to be very clean.

I’ve in person and app ordered before from MANY chipotle locations and this is by far the worst. Always an extremely long wait even with orders placed ahead of time. Last time I placed a pickup order, proceeded to wait over an hour inside for my food. Employees seem like they have no idea what’s going on, very unorganized. The place is always very dirty compared to other locations. Almost always out of some type of meat too (chicken/steak). Don’t know how that’s even possible.

Ordered 2 rice bowls on line. I got home and it was just rice and cheese. They had run out of vegetables and didn’t tell us. Called customer support, they offered me a free soda. They don’t care about their customers at all!! It would have cost the company $20 to make our experience better. I will not be going back. Check your orders before you leave!!

Should be either shut down or hire a better qualified shift supervisor!!! I come here all the time and there is always an issue. I’ve never said anything but I am now because this is going down the hill fast. I placed an order on the app and arrived at the designated time and my order was not even prepared. The server was all alone while 2 others were cleaning the kitchen 40 minutes before closing time. Waited about 10 minutes when the woman who was cleaning the kitchen area finally decided to help as a long line was quickly forming. She prepared my bowl in seconds and literally threw everything I wanted in the bowl so sloppy and shoved everything in. The worst part was not that but more so that she was doing heavy cleaning when the place had not closed yet. She dumped a bucket of chlorine water on the floor and started to scrub near the chips and near the food line. I felt like I could taste the chlorine in my food. Will not go back!!!

I went into this place on a Monday night and what a complete mess it was. I placed an online order for 7:30 and waited almost 30 minutes for my food. Normally I would be understanding if it was busy and everyone was working hard but there was no urgency from the employees. Everyone joking around and moving at a snails pace while there is a line almost touching the front door. So I get my food and it’s literally a half portion lol. I’ve been going to this exact place for years and never have I had ANY complaints. I’ll be going to Lincoln Chipotle from now on.

The place was very messy on the food line. There were 4 people dining inside and myself. Lettuce in container was frozen, corn salsa in the sour cream, dry crusty pans of meat. Pretty gross. Loud music playing in kitchen. Clean as you go people! There were literally 8+ people in kitchen and it’s that messy and dirty??? Cmon! God I hope Moe’s buys this place out.

I’m not sure why I keep getting for here…it keeps getting worse and worse and I am always sick the day after. Today took the cake when the smallest burrito I’ve seen outside of taco bell arrived (cold). The burrito bowls my wife and kid had were half full, and neither were full after eating. I’m glad this happened though because I can get a refund on doordash and never have to eat here again, and won’t have to be sick again.

Unacceptable service tonight as I received notification an online order was ready, arrived at the store to find a dozen people, some having waited over 45 minutes for their order. Then, we were all notified they were out of cheese so any orders that weren’t out yet would not have cheese. I asked how I could cancel my $30 order of quesadilla and 3 tacos and was told I had to call. When calling this place, there is zero option to speak with a real person so now I am out $30 it seems. Response from manager on how to rectify this would be appreciated.
